Good quality materials. Roomy and quiet. Fast heating.

This is a large microwave with easy to use touch buttons. We don't use the popcorn button as it tends to go a bit long, but by using the time on the package it pops the bag perfectly. The extra large size is really nice to be able to heat large items. The plug is one of the flat plugs, which may not be a problem, but would be nice to know up front.

We bought this almost couple months ago. It works great! So far we have had no problems with it. It has good space on the inside. Heats things up pretty fast. Doesn't take long at all. It is a big microwave so make sure you have enough space for it. Power cord is not very long so will need power outlet close to where you keep it.

love the inside color and the round corners. It is really big. It is also very quiet. What I don't like about is the instruction booklet. For an older person, it is very hard to understand. I don't know how the powers mean or how to apply or change them. TV dinners tell you what times at what powers and I just don't know how to do it. I can warm my coffee, however.

Love the size and heats up food super quick!! I also found out it's not really good to have an under-the-counter microwave as this provides for an inefficient use of both the vent and microwave power. As such, we opted for a counter top one. I like it and it does the job for us. Heats up meats and sides under 2 minutes!

Love this roomy microwave with curved back wall. The stainless looks sleek on my countertop. It would have been nice if the front control panel came with back lighting or any lighting at all -- have your flashlight handy! Other than that, no complaints. Lots of neat features that I am still learning to use. Recommendation would come with the caveat that control panel is difficult to read.

We needed this size of microwave because we have large, square dinner plates that will not rotate in most microwaves. This microwave has a 16 inch diameter plate which is large enough to meet most needs. The controls are easy to use and this microwave was ranked #2 in its size group by a well known consumer product evaluation reports magazine.

Great features, easy to operate and large capacity!

We love our microwave. It is large enough to fit a cake pan and heats up evenly. When we first got it we did not see that the clock would go off so had it all boxed up and ready to go back to the store when we found the sheet showing that the clock does not stay on. Other than that we love it. And we are getting used to having no clock on in the microwave.

My built-in GE Monogram microwave failed after 12 years...after doing a fair amount of research online I landed on the LG2010ST. Great design with easy clean interior, good performance. Wish I could get the clock to stay on all the time, it defaults to off I assume to save energy. But otherwise, great buy for the price!

Purchased as a replacement to old one that was starting to go out. Unit was on sale and a real good buy. Was the same size as the old one, bout outside dimensions and interior room. Has been working great. Only complaint would be that the clock does not stay on, only when the door is open and when it is actually on.

We needed an exact/specific size to replace our built-in old Thermador microwave. We didn't want to also pay the added expense of $200 for a new trim kit so needed an exact size replacement. The LG was PERFECT and also has more features than the old Thermador, and seems to be larger in the inside as well, not to mention the great price!

The clock doesn't stay on. After about 5 minutes it goes into sleep mode. Whose bright idea was this? It's very irritating that you can't turn this feature off! I would LOVE this microwave, otherwise. Wish I hadn't already destroyed, and thrown away, the box. I would return it.

I love this microwave! It has special settings for popcorn and baked potatoes and cooks them perfectly every time. Nice large size will accommodate over-sized plates. Easy to wipe down as the interior back side is rounded. I would highly recommended this microwave.

Since our old LG microwave, which we use more than a dozen times each day, lasted 10 years, we wanted to replace it with another LG product. We have been very happy with this microwave oven. Great options, works quietly and cooks evenly. I highly recommend this oven if you need a large, family-sized microwave.

This is a top of the line counter top microwave unit with a number of special features that most microwaves lack. I really like the melt and soften features that allow you to soften refrigerated products like butter, etc. for quicker use. The automatic defrost for frozen meat and seafood based on weight is also a nice feature. The only flaw (not a major one but its frustrating) is the clock does not stay on all the time. It basically only shows when you open the door to start cooking and for a few seconds after you removed the cooked item. It then immediately shuts off and the area remains dark until you need to use the microwave again. As far as I can tell there is no option to set the unit so the clock always displays the correct time of day like every other basic microwave unit does. Thought of rating 1 3 but felt that was a bit to harsh since unit does everything and more that you want a micro to do, but the absence of a functioning clock is definitely frustrating especially when you're use to seeing that on prior brands/models.

This Microwave replaced a model 12years older than it, and the differences were night and day. food came out hotter than the serving dishes, easier to clean, more power so less cook time, and the overall power consumption is less. One of the best replacments I've made.

We were looking for a built-in microwave, but they were all made to go over a stove top. This one looked pretty much like the built-ins, but fit our cabinet. Setting it up was easy, and learning the menus was helped by the printed menus posted right inside the door. We've used it about a month, and it's worked perfectly.

Our old Kenmore Elite microwave broke and needed a replacement. Looked at Best Buy and found a replacement the same size. When i got it home and took it out of the box,it was exactly the same as the Kenmore accept for the controls were in different place plus it had a few more features. Great microwave.
