This is my second purchase on the same model. The first one stopped working after several years. However, the product dimensions fit the cutout for my in wall unit. It looks nice and so far still working.

Works great...has more settings and modes than our previous microwave did and is bigger.

Microwave is fine. Do not like the fact that the time on the front wont stay on all the time. If it is set and microwave is running it is on, otherwise it goes off after five minutes.

I needed a replacement microwave and this LG sure did the work by doing what it does by heating your food. I especially like the feature that the time goes of when not in use to conserve energy. On while in use.

I love this microwave. The automatic buttons work so well. I don't understand how it works, but I cooked some raw potatoes of varying sizes all at the same time and each one was perfectly cooked! Very cool.

I replaced nearly a "clone" of this one since i got very good service out of the previous model and the breakroom at work has the very same model, just recently purchased!!

Replacement unit for our kitchen. Perfect size and wattage for our usage. Outstanding features of this unit made this a very easy purchase!

With plug in installation, this microwave has many features which make it a joy to use. A new feature for me is the 'soften' button to help soften hard butter or cream cheese before mixing it in a recipe.

My only complaint about this unit is the interior light is extremely dim (maybe it just seems that way because the interior surface is a dark color). The melt and soften functions work perfectly and curved interior makes cleanup easy.

I love LG and was hoping that the replacement microwave was a perfect fit for our office and the traffic. Everyone loves it and so far no complaints and easy to clean a plus

With six in our family, we use the microwave several times a day. It is fast and powerful. And since its stainless steel it fits well with our other appliances. Great buy.

it was only option available at best buy for the size specifications to fit our built in location. MW oven sometime starts on its own with door closed. otherwise ok.

Nice large size, attractive. Inside has rounded back corners of cooking chamber which makes it easy to clean. Works well and at a great price.

This microwave cooks fast and is really really easy to clean vs other microwaves I've had in the past LG knows how to make good products

My family and I have enjoyed using this microwave. It is easy to use. The inside is large enough to fit large bowls/pans.

This one doesn't heat as quickly as my old one, but it is much larger. Very pleased with this unit. Easy clean surface appears that way so far.

I am finding this microwave very easy to use. I love that there is so much space on the inside. The instructions that came with it are clear and easy to follow.

Great looking and works well. Very easy to clean and intuitive to operate. I never looked at the owners manual but was able to get up and running in less than a minute.
