Size was important to us, and this turned out to be a very cost effective solution. It cooks well, and I like the dark interior. I missed the "quick cook settings" that we had on the old GE, but the price differential makes up for that.

My wife loves it. Our old microwave was at least 10 years old and she said it was time to upgrade. This product is just what we needed. Thanks Best Buy for having such great products on hand and available.

This is the newer microwave that uses codes on food packages, all you have to do is enter the code and it cooks the food perfectly. This microwave is going in kitchen area in work break room.

I did not have the microwave for very long, so I may not be the most qualified to submit a review. It seemed to cook and defrost quite well. I returned the item because it simply did not fit well where we planned to use it in our kitchen.

This is a solid, full size microwave. It works perfectly for all my microwave needs. I know that this will be with me for many years!

The expensive Bosch blew out just outside warranty. Put in a Sharp, and it barely made it nine months. The LG just plain works--much better than the Sharp ever did, and at least as well as the Bosch in its best days. It has a clean, contemporary styling that fits in with the oven below. Speaking of fitting, it is a perfect fit with the insanely expensive, but still functional, Bosch trim piece. Yay! Very happy with this purchase, and the ease and courtesy of the BestBuy extended coverage return/exchange.

Purchased this microwave about a month ago and have not had any problems yet. Bought the extended warranty after reading the reviews on the short lifespans of these mid-level microwaves. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Bought this microwave on sale. Everything is great with this microwave LG for the price value. Only thing I didn't buy is the trim kit, because of all the negative reviews of being plastic cheaply made.

This microwave is huge. You could put a turkey in it and still have room to cook. It looks great and is very user friendly

I do not cook meals with a microwave so I had to get a bit adjusted to this one. My old microwave was 25+ years. Don't know if I will get as long work out of this one. Will let you know then.

I purchased this to replace a less convenient to use machine. This LG model allows for reheating in increments of seconds rather than being limited to minute intervals. Much more convenient.

My son and his wife still had their old one from college. This was a huge upgrade for them and they love all the features except it doesn't have the option to turn the turntable off. Otherwise they love it.

This Model has a big interior that is easy to clean, touch controls simple to use and cooks like a dream. Highly Recommend.

I have always been a fan of LG products, So it was with out question I was going to look at LG products first and I was only going to Best Buy to make my choice. This Microwave is simple but advanced, very powerful and there is no cold spots, The food is hot and not warm, I would go so far to say reheated food does not have the microwave taste, feel, look to it. LG most defiantly did it right with this microwave. it is LG which in my opinion makes it better..

Replaced a thirty-year old Sears Kenmore. Love the easy clean interior. Love the integrated turntable - less "old maids" when cooking popcorn. Love the high wattage - warms things in half the time.

This machine is easy to use, powerful, quiet, and easy to clean, It was rated as "recommended" by Consumer Reports. It is a good buy for at the Best Buy price.

I've had this microwave for about a month. Great at warming/defrosting/cooking food. I really like the quick defrost feature for 1 pound of ground meat. Makes getting a dinner together that much quicker.
