It looks sleek, was a very good price, and has a remarkably high wattage. Note of caution when following cook times: you may want to start lower for most food due to this microwave's power.

Microwave seems good. I have had some instances where microwave seems to turn on by itself as if it's blowing air to cool itself? It's stopped heating a couple of times but otherwise it's been solid.

I got this Microwave because it was of its size and wattage. Cooks everything right the first time evenly. I am very pleased with it and definitely would purchase this same one again.

I liked the big inside. The easy clean feature is awesome. The stainless steel look is great too. The size compromise the heating; my old smaller Samsung with the same features performed better on the heating.

The first microwave had a manufacturer problem but best buy was quick to exchange it and the same product. Works great and food is fully cooked and hot and delicious. I'd rate 5/5 if it wasn't for that issue.

This Microwave is going to save us a lot of money, out old one was over 20 years old, and it was taking it's time heating up, this one is more efficient and economical.

Overall this has been a great microwave for the month or so that I have used it. It's pretty powerful and heats up much quicker than my old one. There are a ton of features for "microwave cooking" that I will probably never use since my main function is solely reheating. Nonetheless the quality of the microwave makes that sole, basic function feel more reliable than a $75 microwave that probably would have done the job. Though the purchase was more than I needed, I'm happy to have a good product that I trust.

Our last microwave lasted for over 29 years. With this LG we hope it will do the same. It was easy to set up and love the extra settings. Have not had a problem with the microwave at all.

We just moved into a new house and needed a microwave. Although this ended up being bigger than I expected it works great. Heats food up perfect and defrost food perfect!
