This microwave is simple to use. You do not need to read directions. Very easy to keep clean and the interior color helps if you do get some food on it between washing. It heats up well.

We got this Microwave for the office to replace and old dying one. We have had this for about 2 months. It is solid, works well and takes a beating. Good purchase.

I use this microwave just about every day. I love the popcorn button. This is the first one I've been able to put popcorn in and press button and not have the popcorn burnt. So far so good.

Performs to meet my basic needs and price is below what others of comperable size. Dont expect these to last so if it lasts more than 5 years it would be worth it.

Went in to finally purchase our first microwave together. The associates were super helpful and we even had a few people ensure we were being helped. On top of that, this microwave has been amazing! It cooks the food fast and even quicker than most recommended times. It even beeps to remind you that you have something in the microwave in case you get side tracked and forget. Thank you Best Buy for helping us with another great product purchase.

As it should it microwaves food to the desired temperature making cold food edible and thawing frozen foods!! Since the 1970's it's the same thing just different case

We bought this microwave for our basement kitchen. Best Buy had a great sale so the price was right. It is the perfect size and is very easy to use. Looks nice too

Replaced a built in Thermador for about a third the price. Easy to take out the old unit. Had to cut some of the sheet metal ducting from the old one but looks great at a much lower price.

very quiet, many heating options, light weight and has a huge revolving plate and great price!

looks great. solid. heats well. don't have the problem that others have about not being able to read the keypad. but, it's a really, really big microwave. my husband said the smaller version seemed a little less well built, but i think he was just seeing "floor model" deficiencies. (i.e. lots of handling). overall pleased, since it's a very nice microwave. but do wish it took up less space. (have only had it a month. can't speak to the long term dependability)

Only 2 things I didn’t like which inevitably made me return it for the next model up. They do make a better model with a glass touch panel and the ability to disable power save mode. 1. Automatic Power save mode will not let the clock stay on after use. You can not disable this feature. 2. Buttons have an inexpensive plastic coating. These keypads scratch easily and are prone to failure with daily use. Such a nice looking microwave otherwise. It would be a shame to have to toss it out in a year because of the keypad.

Bought this for father-in-law's house that is going up for sale - cannot fit in hole so carpenter will have to enlarge space but it looks nice sitting on cabinet.

I wasn't looking to spend over $100 just for a microwave, but of course I did...$175.01 with tax to be exact! I was looking for a good quality and decent sized microwave. I also was looking for something with a higher wattage. I also checked reviews and star ratings before I made this purchase. I was picky and looking for features that I required in a microwave; a totally electronic panel, interior light, and a rotating turntable with the plate. I love the microwave! Leftovers is smoking hot in 1 minute and popcorn is done in 75 seconds. There's this "fresh vegetable" button I use with corn on the cob (with the husks). It cooks perfectly in less than 5 minutes and tastes so fresh! I've only had the microwave fur a month, so I haven't used all of the features yet. I would definitely purchase again!

I love the inside of the microwave on how it is rounded to make cleaning easier. The stainless steel looked much better on this model vs the model on down this one. We have been very pleased to date.

After moving in my new place that did not have a microwave. Bought this one at its truly a life saver. It has smart technology which makes all my food perfect!
