So far it woks good. My last one lasted just 4 years. I have used it to defrost and it worked very good. It is good for reheating food and melting cheese. Made good hot ham & cheese

This is a very sleek microwave. Heats food fast! And has a gray interior not white-yellow! I love it! Couldn't be happier!

The quick start button is not accurate to the touch. To start most of the time, I have to move my finger around the button area to hit the right spot to get it going…. a bit nerve-racking.

The oven was very well priced it works well is quiet operition the reason for good instead of excelent was that the clock turns off after a short time from operition of the oven

This microwave is very powerful. reheating a refrigerated bread takes only 30 sec and a big lunch box is only 2 mins 30 sec. With this amount of time, the food is really hot. I have been using it for two months and I love it so far. The only drawback is that it is pretty noisy while operating. It is acceptable to me as long as it is heating up food quickly. In addition, it looks pretty good that matches my contemporary style kitchen.

Purchasing the oven and microwave separately saved several hundred dollars over one integrated unit. They look great and saved me a lot of money.

This is a very good quality tabletop microwave that seems to do more things than I can ever use. It works great and seems to be better than others twice the price.

Really liked all the different settings, it's great to be able to soften butter instead of just melting it. Would have gave it a five but I don't know how it's going to react overtime.

The microwave does anything that you want a large size microwave to do. The only drawback is not in the performance, but in the size which is really, really large.
