Not reliable, not repairable

Bought replacement for $50 but can't install it without taking the complete outer case off the microwave. Requires special tool to remove fasteners. All other microwaves in the store are same thing with different skin. My first microwave oven "JC Penny" brand, lasted 31 years. Today's throw away junk is only good for two or three. I bought the 4-yr warranty.

Great counter microwave. Quiet too.

The control panel is no longer produced, so we had to purchase a counter model to substitute for disconnecting the other. We like everything about it, but would have appreciated lighting in the front panel of some type. It is difficult to read the choices.
