This is a very attractive microqavewith high tech features. It matches perfectly with our new LG refrigerator. We love it.

I love the roomy interior and it is very easy to clean.

This microwave is reasonably priced, has a quality feel, the interior with the rounded corners is easy to clean...a wonderful product.

This is our first LG product, as we always had Panasonic or Sharp microwave. However, I wanted a stainless interior, price within reason,and had to be counter top. The LG filled the bill, and while it didn't have stainless interior, did have metal one. Preciously we had epoxy interior, which would dull overtime, retain odors, like fish (for several days) and tomato / coffee / or tea stained the interior. Didn't look good....also didn't like stubborn stains in the creases of the corners. We have had this microwave for over month, and have been quite pleased. Has all the regular features...but ....has a metal interior which is easy to clean and does not hold baking odors... ALSO...the rounded back wall is wonderful to clean! Sure,, the finish "bell" does go on beeping unless the door is opened, but this doesn't bother us, as it is a good reminder. Cooking time, energy used, etc....is up to the standards of our previous microwave. We are pleased, would recommend, and buy again.

My wife loves the microwave and that she can hear multiple items up for our children! I highly recommend this microwave!

The microwave was a piece of junk because it went out a month after we got it.

Foes what it needs to do. Only downside, which we knew when we bought it, was the ttouchpad doesn't light up. Otherwise, would gove a 5 star.

I bought a Panasonic first from Walmart. I retured it and bought this one from BestBuy.

This microwave worked really well. I like the reminder beep if I am busy and have left the food I am warming up in the microwave.

We had good luck with LG products. Highly rated in Consumer Reports. Very happy with the purchase so far. Two thumbs up!

We'd been looking for a Samsung countertop microwave in the Black Stainless finish to match our other new Samsung appliances. This one is not Samsung, I'm pretty certain they only have the Black Stainless for over the range, but this one matches perfectly and the quality is just as excellent as Samsung. For an excellent price too!

Just wish the numbers 1-6 were also express buttons. I miss that from my old microwave. I love the gray interior and EZ button though.

I have had absolutely no issues and I am very happy with my microwave. The only reason it did not get 5 stars, is because it is not self cleaning! Lol!

Does what it's supposed to, only issue I have is a personal preference, sometimes these things have more buttons and options than necessary.

Was disgruntled with GE Profile MW that had failed 3 times in 2 years. Wanted to replace it with an attractive, reliable full size in SS finish that fits in existing GE wall mount trim kit. The LG fit the bill, although I had to modifiy the wall mount carriage to get right height and side-to-side level. Very satisfied with the installation and MW performance.

Great product though we were hoping to use it as a built in but it doesn't look like it is made for that purpose.

I love the look; (black & stainless) fits my new kitchen perfectly. Lots of functions; Popcorn button is a favorite!

The designers really thought about the difficulty of wiping the interior when they curved the back walls - love that!

I bought this nearly 4 years ago and talked my mother into buying one a year later. My mom’s choked and died within a year or so. Mine’s lightbulb gave out in the first 6 months but otherwise worked fine. Just now my husband thought his frozen lunch was burning. Nah. Food was ice cold and smoke was billowing out. It’s kaput. LG makes great washers and dryers. Microwaves, not so much.
