New design and interior layout sold me plus the more functions on how to cook items and the auto cook settings are so easy to use. Cleaning is not difficult. Although no backlight you can still view the keypad. The buzzer feature alerts you when the cooked item is ready for removal. The consistent reminder your cooked item needs to be removed may be considered a nuisance but I found it to be beneficial.

Easy to set up, lots of cooking options. Only downside is that after sometime the clock fades off, but will come back on when you press any button, but I like having the time always up.

This microwave is bigger and also heavier than my old one. Lots of special choices for popcorn, baked potato, etc. It looks nice and fits right in if you have a steel kitchen.

This microwave is huge, but worth the space. It can defrost a lb of meat in only 2 minutes and cook a full size pizza. I only wish I had more counter space.

this was a great purchase. lots of interesting features. also the way the inside is shaped it seems like you have extra room.

We chose this microwave based on features like timer, clock, rotating tray and the new black stainless steel finish. Heats quickly & evenly, no hot spots. Love that the black stainless steel finish is fingerprint proof, no constant wiping off of fingerprints like on regular stainless steel. Tried this product also to help decide if we wanted all black stainless in our kitchen. Also like that the clock doesn't always show up only when being used, good for power saving.

Worked perfectly right out of the box. Very easy to operate. The inside compartment is large, but the outside is not bulky. Fits and looks great in our kitchen.

This microwave is large capacity without appearing bulky in your kitchen. It has nice, easily read operating features and is much easier to clean than other traditional microwaves.

Easy to set up and like the sensor feature. Also like to cook certain marked items by just entering the code. Fits neatly and looks sharp on our countertop.

My son needed a relatively compact microwave for his apartment. This unit is compact, looks great, and has a ton of features. LG makes a great product!

This microwave works great and is a good size for countertop use. Inside is big enough to fit at least 2 dinner plates, which is great with a family.

Saw this microwave inshore and compared to other makes and models on display this one had everything we wanted at the right price. I didn't want a combination microwave and I wanted one which had a good capacity and looked stylish too. It works well and has all the features that one would want; EZ On, sensor touch cooking and more. All in all, a good quality microwave at a really good price.

Large enough to fit a frozen pizza. Love the power adjustment setting. Great for reheating with out drying or cooking any items. Good price too.
