    Disconnected for no reason

    I just spent 2 and half hours trying to reconnect this sound bar. It got disconnected from my LG TV out of the blue .

    The sound is slightly better then me Vizio TV speakers. There are much better soundbars at the same price range.

    Sub woofer is not working and it is connected properly. Do not like.

    I gave this to my father for Fathers day and to be honest it wasn’t what I had in mind. It was easy to connect and set up but after trying it out it - the speaker had less volume than the actual t.v that he has. I had to give it back because there was no point in having it.

    I bought it. Not what I expected for the price. Needs better sound quality. The sound settings are loud at some parts and minimal at others. The only function that works properly is other. It’s not worth the money and idk if buying better would solve it. I spent less on my last one a few years ago and it worked better.

    I purchased this unit and it was missing the remote, though not noted. When I attempted to get a remote, I was refused, the best I could get was a crappy universal remote, which does not have all the functions needed for the soundbar.

    Have to manually set up Bluetooth more often than not and sound quality not as good as expected.

    Jury still out. Bought a LG tv and decided to augment the sound. Too be honest I haven’t noticed a discernible difference.

    Plugged it in and i was watching a movie but it just didnt feel like a surround sound, definitely will get a 3.1 or 5.1

    Took an act of god to get this soundbar to work with my 75" TCL Roku TV. The recommended connection is via HDMI ARC, that was the first issue - an HDMI cable is not provided. I did have a spare 4K/8K HDR cable that I used, regardless of the settings used, I couldn't get any sound, after extensive research online, and chatting with several Best Buy supposed tech experts - I stumbled over a TCL forum post that suggested to unplug the TV and hold the power button for 15 seconds and then plug the TV back in, finally got sound from the bar and the sub woofer. It worked for about an hour. The following day, turned the TV on and again no sound. Tried all of the same troubleshooting tips, including a different HDMI cable, no sound. I ended up returning it. I should have looked at the 1 and 2 star reviews, seems this is a prevailing issue. Look elsewhere for a soundbar, I would avoid this model at all costs
