    O.K. but practically no documentation

    Documentation is nearly non-existent. I finally figured out that it needed to be connected to the TV via HDMI,,, but still cannot access any controls such as Bass, Treble, etc. Woofer is ok but not earth shattering. Kind of average to be honest.

    Sound not as good as other LG Soundbars!

    The sound isn't as vibrant as I thought it would be! My other LG Soundbar has better sound!

    Cracking sound from subwoofer

    Bought it a month back. Good product for the price. But mine having issues with subwoofer - there is cracking sound from it every now and then. It seems Bluetooth connectivity has a problem. Tried many time to pair again and again. Also tried to reduce the distance from soundbar, but no improvement even if I keep it next to soundbar. I thought it will be ok over the time so didn't return it. Now it went past the return period. Most of the time I don't use subwoofer since it is so irritating. So no more its a good value for money without woofer.

    Good for a small room. Sound quality is 5 out of 10. Good for movies but simply ok for music.

    When this was delivered, it was set outside unprotected in the rain. It was also delivered to my neighbor's house. So by the time I got it, the bar was the only part that worked. The woofer never even turned on.

    So basically long story short, this box was missing an ac adapter. After getting home and realizing this i decided to call, was told no problem come in with the receipt and they’ll give me one as they “have plenty”. Come to find out going here for a second straight day, wasted my time because they don’t!!! My only options are now order one online (on my own) or return the item. Im sorry you have more important business to tend to than mine. Im done with this place. Terrible terrible experience. Won’t get me again I can promise you that

    Coming from a 300 watt LG sound at that is 8 years old, this was a disappointment. Very empty sound, actually preferred the speakers from the TV. Tried a few different things to see about improving the sound, but ended up returning in the end. Love Best Buy and their return policy.

    This is literally the worse sound bar and subwoofer I have I owned. I have a cheap insignia sound bar and it’s way more reliable and sounds way better than this pricey item. Don’t waste your money. Disappointed in LG. Playing Bluetooth and it keeps disconnecting itself and changing to Opt. Also I am using opt because I had it plugged in via HMdI arc to my Tv and every time I change the source on the sound bar from hdmi(arc) to Bluetooth, my tv flashes before it changes. Like what. I’m mad I’m passed the time I can return.
