    Return window from Best Buy is only 15 days. Sound bar quit working on day 26. LG's support 1st suggested I take it back to store. Chat support is slow to respond to you, but quick to disconnect so don't wander too far when waiting for them. Not happy with the device, less happy with LG ingeneral.

    The base is poor. I can barely feel any vibration from the base. I guess you get what you paid for.

    It is fine when it one in five tries works. Trying to hook it up with a Samsung TV does NOT work well

    Eternal DEMO MODE

    My expectations weren't very high as this was an open box item, but thing will not function correctly no matter what I try. Reverts to DEMO mode during use and when it's powered off. I have no desire to reset it every time I use it, so this is just a paperweight sitting in front of my TV. Besy Buy really shouldn't try and sell junk like this.

    Remote doesn’t work, right out of the box. Volume up or down mutes tv. Sub woofer adjustment doesn’t work. All sound features do not work. Including night volume. You get what you pay for is what they say. In this case, this plastic junk is WAY OVERPRICED.

    Sound quality overall is lacking. Bass response is sloppy, and cutoff is way to high for a “subwoofer”.

    Sent me the item incomplete without the main power wire and the remote. 3 months later I'm still trying to get in touch with them to actually send me the parts. Absolutely useless service. I bought a TV that was delivered a week late as well. It's been a nightmare experience with Best Buy this time.

    Too much RF Interference

    Bought this as a gift for my mom. It works good and seems to be good quality but it revives a lot of RF interference. She lives in a apartment so maybe it’s something to do with an electronic device the neighbor has? I’m not sure but it sometimes disconnects and sometimes sounds like we just turned on a radio station in the middle of a movie we’re watching.

    I'm returning this item today. It said Bluetooth capable but it is not able to connect to bluetooth. Very disappointed.

    Returned. Would not connect to Samsung TV. Did hdmi & arc connections. It just wouldn’t give any sound.

    I purchased this product on March 13th and hooked it up to a new LG TV. 3 weeks later TV was on and all of a sudden the volume started blaring on high volume and then quit working!
