    I cannot rate since Geek Squad or whomever has failed to delver/install equipment I paidfor on 12-14-22 and all I hear from Best Buy is robo callsthat I needto reschedule installation. Have rescheduled multiple time and stll don't have the equipment.

    Wow this thing sounds like total dog crap. I bought these for my setup and they sound worse than the tv speakers…it turned the bass all the way up and I could barely tell if the sub was on. They sound so tinny. Just avoid this one.

    Not good can't hear voice much

    Can't here the voice when watching movies. Or when theres music background in talking the music over powers the voice. Probably would be good to listen to music but don't recommend fpr movies.

    Bought today, sounds terrible. It’s like listening to everything through a tin can. It’s absolutely no better than the TV’s built in speakers. It will be returned tomorrow.

    Sorry LG , but this is not a sound bar that I would recommend. I sent this back immediately ! I’m sure you have a higher end that might sound good but , NOT this one.

    Don’t buy unless you have a small room! No sound quality! Will be contacting Best Buy for an exchange! Sound is very low with no bass! Not what I was told would be the quality!

    Very disappointed with this sound bar. Difficult to set up, and poor sound quality. Really made no difference in the way sound was projected from our TV. We returned it. Will look for something else.

    Purchased the affordable sound bar for the price. However was extremely disappointed with the low volume of sound. The TV speakers are actually louder and clearer than this unit.

    Disconnects frequently

    It keeps disconnecting and has to be powered off and on to work. I had an older model that worked just fine but not this one.

    Subwoofer is horrible. Save your money and get something that has a bigger sub. The sound bar is decent but there's almost no bass. Would be fine in a 10x10 bedroom only.

    Sound quality isn't that great i thought i hooked it up wrong but nope sound is very low, my tv speakers are louder

    Would not sink sub woofer. Tried for days. Watched videos, called lg. Nothing worked. I returned it.
