    this product is supposed to be a good product and it was not. it was a big disappointment, i returned it and went with a lesser known brand but far higher quality.

    It’s okay , it’s hard to get it to sound good.Had it for a couple of weeks and the sound isn’t that great it’s sound muffled.

    I thought the sound bar was louder but it’s not . I need another sound bar that’s louder.

    The sound is awful. We tried it in several rooms of varying sizes, floor materials, and content. Everything was awful.

    Terrible sound quality and no louder than the tv. I returned it because of that reason.

    The USB connection did not work at all. The Optical worked fine, but optical doesn't offer control features.

    TV speakers out performed.

    I returned this the same day. My LG tv speakers outperformed the sound bar. Overall aound performance was terrible.

    No power. Same audio level as the tv speakers. Best Buy should be ashamed to even sell this thing.

    An open box steal for amazing quality device

    Snagged an amazing open box steal for this, only $95! Description for it was good, wi/ scratches, when opened, looked like it wasn’t even taken out of the box! Only thing missing was the Optical cord, but we had an extra. Ignore the minimal bad reviews, if you know how to adjust your newer smart tvs audio controls and or also check your sound settings on whatever app, device you’re using, then this is perfect if you’re able to navigate… I had to turn DTS and Dolby Digital on, and switch to eARC connection, adjust the voice volume and voice audio output controls if your TV allows, and or up the treble a few and it’s insanely great quality sound… and this beauty of a product will blow you away! We are replacing a 3 year old Taotronics Black Friday deal we got for only $50, our budget was $100, and we made lucky with this open box walking in today. We turned on Mad Max Fury Road 4K immediately after set up and audio switch up, an easy 20-30 min set up and adjustment of settings if needed or wanted, enjoyed the film immensely with this new speaker that rumbles perfectly with the subwoofer. And the music sound quality, equals that of a $300-$450 priced sound bar. If i would have known about the quality and there was no open box, I would have paid the normal $149.99 sale price to obtain this. And open box, always check for one, you can get a great priced item. You have 15 days, any slight feelings of regret or not worth it/something’s wrong just return it, and research more. Don’t be scared of open boxes.
