Hooked it to an Sony X85J that i purchased at Best Buy and this was on sale for $119, down from $279. It received good reviews so i thought "what the heck" The bass is decent. The overall peak volume is terrible, the TV gets much louder with more treble than this unit. It works about 60% of what the tv can do, if the volume is turned all the way up. It is frustrating to have the volume turned up to 90 or more and the sound be only decent. You can't hear anything at all out of this soundbar if the volume isn't turned up to 75%. This unit might do ok for a small bedroom or so. I didn't expect much for $120, but I would be very frustrated if I had payed full price for this, but regardless I will be returning. It just doesn't do enough to keep it for the bass alone. i wish i could use my tv volume while keeping the subwoofer hooked up only.

Boom, boom, boom!!! Nice bass and clear highs. For better that 35 years, I have been an audio engineer and this is one beautiful piece of equipment.

Easy to set up and good sound quality for the apt space I have. It is a little annoying when it turns on randomly and overlaps with the TV audio sometimes.

I like the sound bar and the base is pretty good. The only downside is I have to fiddle with the settings in between music and movies. That’s pretty annoying. Easy to set up and looks clean look.

I love this sound bar. It was very easy to set up with the Bluetooth connection. The sound is amazing and the bass really hits during movies and gaming. I I would definitely recommend this sound bar to others.

Sound quality is decent for the price. It’s a really simple set up. The only complaint I have is that when you change to output from optical with the TV to Bluetooth for example and then shut the sound-bar off, it automatically resets to optical when you turn it on again.

Good sound overall, adds bass plus improved dialogue versus TV speakers. Sound modes are different so you can select what works best for you. Which the equalizer had more options, but still pretty good at this price point. Connected instantly and easily to my LG TV.

Great sound quality and I love the wireless subwoofer. You really can put it anywhere. Overall a huge difference between tv speakers and this sound bar

The soundbar has great sound and interacts with my LG TV easily. I am a little disappointed in the volume of the sound it gives. I have it in a large room, and usually it is at full volume.

This is a great choice for a low cost soundbar. The sound quality is good and the wiresless subwoofer works well and makes for a cleaner installation. Very good value for the price.

I love this soundbar. I got it on sale and didn't expect how great of quality it was gonna have. I live in an apartment and have to keep it at half volume and bass . Its an amazing speaker with great sound quality

I brought another name brand had nothing but problems. Went to Best Buy brought LG soundbar that's compatible with my TV been loving it since. Crystal clear, easy to operate best of all I'm not experiencing the same problems. Good value for my money.

This sound bar is extremely easy to set up , has multiple connection options and the wireless subwoofer can be placed anywhere in the room . It is more than adequate to give you a theater feel while being at home.

I THOUGHT LG ONLY MADE WAHERS AND DRYERS AND OTHER APPLIANCES BUT WHEN SHOPPING AT BEST BUY I FOUND THIS GREAT SOUNDBAR FROM LG. THE SOUND IS REALLY GOOD. SUBWOOFER IS FABULOUS. AND AS ALWAYS THE PRICE AT BEST BUY WAS BEST

I jumped when the woofer sounded on this device. It really fills the room with full-throated sound and makes the audio of the TV so much more impressive. This was an exceptional choice to go with our TV. We had purchased only "in case" and we are glad we did.

Great sound for the price. Wireless works well with TV phone and computer. Wireless subwoofer makes it easy to move the subwoofer for the best sound.

Thought I would be upgrading from my Logitech Z623. I was quite wrong, while this system offers a little bit more clarity in sound, the bass is very underwhelming. Try turning the volume up past 14 and everything just gets muffled and distorted. The subwoofer just becomes a low treble speaker. I had the subwoofer sitting next to me and could barely notice it over the sound bar's audio. The only upside was the fact that there are 2 less wires for me to deal with in this setup. Overall not the best first impression. I'm already planning on returning this product whether or not I get even close to a full refund, cause otherwise it's just going to collect dust. I honestly expected better for being almost double the price of my Z623 which was purchased over 5 years ago.

I recommend buying the hdmi cord. Seems to work a little better as far as the qaulity of sound. But it connects easy and is user friendly. Clear sound and the sub is also clear with no distortion.

Easy to set up and significantly better soubd obviously then what came from the tv. Amazing band for the buck, which is exactly what i was looking for.
