Sounds great, not great with LG Sound Sync

The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 is that I tried using LG Sound Sync with my LG TV and the audio dropped really really low. Like, I had to turn the sound bar up to like 50-60 to get good sound. I ended up turning off sound sync and it works great at lower levels. I only need to be at 20 now for good sound.
