When I purchased this sound bar i was a little hesitant, for the price you can't beat the sound, if you think this will replace a surround system it want, but if you are looking for good sound quality go with it, the base block sounds great, specially if you like to listen to music with it's blue tooth capability you don't need to have more equipment for your music this bar is great for it as well, love it, didn't think it was going to be so good

Christmas gift for my parents, and they love it. I was going to bump this review down to four stars because there doesn't seem to be a way to program the functions into the Dish remote, but that isn't the fault of LG. Dish needs to step it up and make it easier to attach auxiliary devices so the Universal Remote is really a Universal Remote. Great sound quality and the sub will rattle your fillings loose if you set the bass high. Very pleased.

Great sound and easy to hook up! Connected in less than 5 minutes

Ok. I've had this sound bar setup for over 5 years now. Several different televisions. First time linked up to an LG tv. But then was able to recently set it up with a Roku Ultra and a Sony Tv. Still sounds good. It will not rock the house but good quality sound. Money well spent. Plus got it on sale as usual.

I've had a few soundbar systems and this one is by far the best, great deal for 139.99 when I got it.

I decided to by this soundbar on Black Friday to go with my lg 4K tv, I just wanted something basic for a bedroom. Overall I couldn't be more happy with the product, great sound quality for the price. This is not a replacement for a surround sound system but a good upgrade from the tv speakers. My only complaint is control inn the volume with the lg tv because when you change the volume it changes on the tv and the soundbar which can be annoying at times

Easy set up and was easily programmed to tv and remote. Sounds great!

Bought this for the in-laws since they had only been exposed to the tiny TV speakers in their Vizio. The sound bar and subwoofer worked great as expected (LG tends to make some pretty good stuff). This is great for replacing your regular TV speakers. If you are looking to upgrade to a 'movie theatre' quality surround sound, spend the extra money and get a 5.1 or 7.1 setup. I would definitely recommend this to someone who only relies on the TV speakers.

This upgraded the sound of my TV pretty noticeably. I'm definitely happy with considering the price I paid.

Purchased this for 42" tv in the bedroom. Rear projecting speakers on the tv made it difficult to understand some of the language without turning the tv to a much higher volume. I purchased this item, on sale, to help the situation. The sound is much clearer and the wireless sub makes watching movies and shows with music much more enjoyable. The sale price made this a "no brainer". It would still be a good buy at regular price.

The sound quality is very good, and has options on what style you choose to have the sound effects such as Cinema, Voice, and Standard. Read the instructions on it and if you purchased this to go with an LG TV sync them together for a seamless integration and a great overall experience.

My television's speakers were located at the bottom of the television and sound was not good. Purchased LG combination sound bar and subwoofer combination and sound is improved greatly, have no difficulty understanding spoken word. I used the directions to hook up and it didn't work and after a few tries I hooked up both the sound bar and subwoofer and in a couple of minutes I had great sound. Am very pleased with this inexpensive system.
