Overall a good microwave that looks great. Cooking time is slower than our old unit and when using auto heat or defrost the microwave phases in and out getting significantly louder. This doesn't happen on any other standard function that I have noticed. Pop out fan is a good feature.

This microwave was a definite upgrade from our original upgrade. The only downsides are the window to look inside is small and the touch screen has to be pressed with more force than our original microwave.

I really like the way this product looks and it seems to work perfectly. The slide out hood is a great feature and the only one I've seen like it. I am very pleased with the purchase. My only complaint is that it is hard to see into the microwave while it is on. The window is a little high and when it is already over the stove, it is a little tricky. Otherwise, this microwave is perfect.

Bought this after our Samsung failed. It is very powerful and heats things quickly. I like the button to add 10 seconds or 30 seconds. Very powerful fan with 5 levels.

We love this better than the old countertop model. The vent is very powerful(vented outside). Sensor cooking is easy to use. Instructions for cooking all kinds of foods in it are easy to follow. The pull out vent is nice, but cooking with gas, it disturbs the front burners.

First, we took the option to vent the unit to the outside. It works really well and the smell from what is cooking in the microwave and the stove don't spread to the inside of the house. Second, the extension option for the stove vent fans is a plus! Extended out the vents covers the front stove burners and minimizes the cooking smell. Finally the vent fans are really quiet! At the lower levels (level 1 and 2) you can't even hear them.

I can prepare tasty meals with the 8 sensor-cook options. The ExtendaVent 2.0 ventilation system quickly removes smoke and odors, while the EasyClean interior simplifies cleanup.

This microwave has lots of power, heating food quickly. It also has a great reheat feature which heats on lower power for pizza, pasta, plate, bread, etc. The pop-out hood is a feature whose time has come, drawing exhaust from the range away from your face, unlike other microwaves. It also fills the entire opening in my upper cabinets, which other microwaves didn't do. My only drawback is that the bottom part of the see-through glass door is tinted black, and I can't see through it.

I'm a little disappointed in this microwave for a few reasons. 1. When you look at it on display, you would assume it has a nice size viewing window. It doesn't! The viewable part is actually very small and it's high up in the door, so if you're short like me, you will not be able to see what's going on inside when you warm your food. 2. It doesn't have any quick cook buttons except for the 30 second one. For the price, I'm surprised they couldn't have had that feature. And 3. when you change the light from high to low, there is very little difference between the two. While this isn't really a big deal, I feel it is noteworthy.

Excellent product. Numerous menu options make using this microwave easy and oven is quiet. The exhaust fans work quite well and spills clean up easily.

New microwave replacing an old GE spacesaver--larger than the old one but fits OK. Still learning the new bells & whistles.

This is a very nice microwave with easy to use and easy to clean. Would recommend for anyone.

Ordered this older model because of the great price BB had it advertised for. Had a small card hanging next to the current models price which most people wouldnt have even seen but was $200 cheaper. Had to wait several days for it and the box which my wife picked up looked like it was dropped more then once. The unit was dented on the side but not worth returning. 4 days without a microwave with a house of 6 was not fun.

This microwave is extremely programmable and already very automatic with all of the different sensor settings that work great. The LED range light is vey bright. The exhaust fan is very powerful with four speeds including turbo. With the powerful fan and the pop out vent, it easily sucks smoke and heat out of the house.

I LOVE this microwave! It's almost silent as it cooks the food. The pull out fan is so effective! And overall works perfectly.
