Our new washer took 6 weeks and 5 days to arrive, but it got here 2 days ago. My husband and I have limited space for it, so it's a fairly small washer. Nonetheless, it holds big things like bedding. Indeed, yesterday I did 6 loads -- queen size bedpad, duvet covers, and sheets, as well as clothes and towels. The washer came through like a champ on everything. And it looks good! Even better, it operates quietly! It's easy to use, although I'm still experimenting with the different dials and combinations to decide which choices work best for what items. You can add an extra spin to the normal cycles, or have the tub use extra water in the wash and rinse cycles. I haven't yet tried to do just a rinse and spin, or just a spin, but the controls look as though you can do either one. The washer can take a while to finish -- a bit over an hour per load, compared to 30 minutes and done at the laundromat -- but when I'm at home anyway, that doesn't matter. We didn't buy the pedestal that goes under the washer to raise it a bit higher off the floor. If there's one thing I might have done differently, I could see springing for the pedestal. The washer door is closer to the floor than the door was on our old washer, so I bend a bit deeper (or use a chair) when I stuff the laundry in and retrieve it. I notice the difference, but it's a neutral feature, not especially a disadvantage.

I get it because the small space of my apartment - fits perfect. Now time will say how good it is. Great product and nice features. A little bit pricy.

It was a great item considering that I purchased it at the bestbuy outlet. It did exactly what I needed it to do but at a low cost.

Compact, sleek and efficient machines. Dryer has a rack to dry your shoes, so they wont bang around - great perk!!
