It fitted nicely in my tight space. This not for a family use, but for me being single has the capacity I need. The settings is not so easy to understand. Not sure why they have so many settings. It is just a washing machine after all & not an equipment to be used by NASA !

The compact washer and dryer combo shakes quite a bit, even when stacked. I would not recommend for 2nd floor units. Additionally, it’s not worth washing bigger loads in the compact washer because the ventless dryer takes upwards of 6+ hours to dry.

Sometimes, a little vibration can happen if the washer isn’t quite level or if the load is a bit off-balance. It might help to check that all four leveling feet are adjusted properly and that heavier items are spread out evenly in the drum. As for drying time, ventless dryers use condensation drying, which can take a bit longer than traditional vented ones. To help things along, you might want to try reducing the load size and using the "TurboWash" and "Speed Dry" options when they’re available.
