Delivery drivers cause damage!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time the delivery drivers were very uneducated very lazy and destructive also claimed because the refrigerator wasn't infected they couldn't remove it claimed it had mold there was zero mold three witnesses and pictures prove all of this they were just too lazy to haul it off.

Awful product, broke moments after a year so it was out of warranty. Needed fan motor. The Geek squad tried to upsell me to an evaporator (which wasn't faulty) and compressor (working just fine) LG customer service advised they'd cover all charges under warranty then backed out and I was charged for parts and labor, as LG clearly does not stand by their substandard products. PLEASE avoid buying this appliance or ever using the Geek Squad who is completely clueless.

Refrigerator Broken less than 30 days from deliver

The refrigerator has stopped cooling and BestBuy advises it is non-returnable. I was forwarded to LG support and they cannot find a partner to provide repairs. I would think with only having it less than 30 days, they'd consider replacing the unit. Not happy with this purchase at all.
