Should be more sturdy - moves when I open door sometimes. Door opens on wrong side. I was told It would cost $79.99 to switch. That is not right. It is not my fault that door opens that direction. It should be complimentary to have switched.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was an open box item with cosmetic damages in the front and sides, anyway the store showed me all the imperfections so it was my choice to take it home anyway, it works perfectly and is a good brand so no complaints about it. I appreciate the honesty of the employee at the store.

The rattle can vary depending on the load on the compressor. It is very annoying. I am told by LG customer service this is a normal charastic of the unit. In fairness, the rattle is getting diminishing as the unit wears in. The other issue is that LG in their infinite wisdom has determined this unit does not need a light in the freezer compartment. I was so sure it did that I had a service man come out to repair the light. He shined a flashlight around and found no light. How cheap can LG be?
