A Nightmare

Had to return two Refrigerators (delivery damage and installation damage) and one faulty ice maker. One deliver didn't even remove refrigerator plastic/tape or plug it into outlet. One delivery cancelled one block from house because of slippery hill (told dispatcher of better route but delivery was cancelled anyway). The delay resulted in spoiled food and multiple cite prep/furniture movement. Representative promised to have someone call to reimburse us for food loss. No call received.
