Overall I really like the product except for one big flaw.. The window vent panel hole is too big for the diffuser. Which gave me a real big hassle to instal the screws on each side. You can’t get both screws to fit only one side. So I can’t get a great seal to prevent heat from reentering my room. It’s a bit of a let down knowing that this problem could have been prevented and the price I paid for this product.

I bought this to use in a booth at a tradeshow. It's compact enough to be out of the way, quiet enough to be able to ignore, and powerful enough to cool the conference room. The only reason I didn't give it more stars, we can't buy replacement parts for the unit.

Great cooling power. Quiet and efficient. Small enough to move and install on my own and powerful enough to keep us all very comfortable for long extended periods of time.

Tbh I’m not the most handy of people, but all thing’s considered the install was pretty easy. Does the unit make a little noise... sure, but out of 10, maybe 6. Maybe. The unit works really well and for the price I would say you couldn’t beat it. I’ve used it in the humid climate of Little Rock and the dry heat of Los Angeles. Per title RECOMMENDED!

Our home office gets so hot during the day. We have windows that slide left to right so we were pleasantly surprised that the unit came with attachments for the window that you can place with either type of window (up/down or side to side). We had to move the unit to the side of the window because if we had it in the front the sun would make it hot and it would continuously run.

It does the job! There are two filters you must clean to get as much cool air. Perfect for my small bedroom.

I live in an apartment on the second floor with no AC. So it gets pretty stuffy and humid. I purchased this and its made a huge difference! It cools my room in under 5 mins. Not a fan of the window venting kit though. The tube has fallen out a couple of times. I will have to buy a different venting kit. Plus set up was not the easiest But overall for the price its fantastic

Air conditioner Works perfect and gets cold fast easy to use

I have been using it for over a year and it still runs great, not a single issue and it actually cools down my room.

Says it’s for 200 sqft but it can handle a lot more. Very impressed. Easy set up only hard this was getting it to stay on your window when not in use.

I live in an old house with no AC and the bedroom gets really hot during warm days. This AC cools down my entire room quickly and is so quiet.

Definitely does everything you need an more , it gets cold super quick ! The presets work perfectly ! Definitely a great buy

I have a 700 Square foot apartment and I mainly got this to cool down my living room. I live in Los Angeles and most places don’t AC. I’m happy this keeps me comfortable even when it’s over 90 degrees outside. It is a little loud but definitely worth it.

Very affordable in price, easy to set up and best for small rooms.

I recently moved to the central coast of California and the house I am living in did not have the central air going into my bedroom. It gets pretty hot here so I was looking for a portable AC unit that did not stick out of the window, And I found this. I now can sleep in the cool air. I LOVE IT.

I really wanted to like this product. It came with everything needed to install. Installed easily in a side window which was why I bought it. It has a remote and swing option for the vent. The vent closes when not in use and it is on wheels so it's easy to move. However, I had this on for several hours. It never cooled my daughter's bedroom, it was more like a glorified oscillating fan.

Not bad for the price , ideally for a small room , quite easy to install.

Love this unit...My son has the same one and it's perfect for a bedroom. works great year round.

This ac blows real good. When them hot summer days hit. This machine does the work. Easy to clean as well
