This is a fantastic refrigerator. We love the big pull out platter drawer. The huge ice tray is a plus, and the hidden ice maker is fantastic. The gentlemen that delivered to us were friendly, professional and helpful. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

Classy, quiet, dependable. I like the layout inside and the wide drawer for trays. The freezer. Is something g of a jumble of contents but I can work with it.

Looks great, so far runs great (I've only had a month), roomier than I thought. I only gave it a 4 star bc finger prints are noticeable in this day & age fingerprint-less refrigerators should be standard in every refrigerator.

I didn't think it was possible to love an appliance so much! It's so roomy inside. Love that the shelves are all adjustable. This refrigerator is perfect if you have a narrow space like me. The outside is beautiful and matches the rest of my kitchen.

I have had my fridge since right before Thanksgiving. I waited to review so I could provide a fair review. All in all, this is a superb fridge for the cost and size. I had to stay within 33" width because of the area where the fridge was going and the staircase restrictions. I made an excellent choice. This purchase was a replacement of my original fridge that came with the house when I purchased it (19 cubic foot) 20 years ago. My old fridge was still working, but I decided it was better to replace it before it stopped working. Plus I was able to purchase with Black Friday pricing, so that was a bonus! There are so many new features on this fridge than were available 20 years ago. The split shelving is a wonderful feature to be able to truly customize the storage space needed. I saw others have had issues with the icemaker. I have not. It has made ice regularly since getting it and I always have plenty of ice to use. The deli draw is roomy and can store a Costco sheet case, if needed. The crisper drawers do an excellent job of keeping veggies very fresh for a long time. I love the customizable door bins. They make it easy to change the height to accommodate many different sized jars and containers. I will say the lowest bins seem unusable. At least I haven't found a good use for them. For me they are wasted space. But I do understand they are that shape and size because of the deli door. And that is a big plus for me! I will gladly forgo the use of those bins for the deli drawer. The bottom freezer is easy to access and see everything that is stored in there. There are plenty of compartments and I really like that the drawers are solid so it's less likely something slips out. It hold a lot of items. So much more than traditional top freezers. The French door design really has a lot more room than a conventional fridge and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is on the fence. And of course it has a lot more room than a side by side fridge. I feel those freezer compartments are so unusable because they are not big enough to really store anything of substantial size or boxes. I have an kitchen island in front of the fridge and I have plenty of clearance to open the fridge doors without worrying they will impeded the island. I would definitely recommend this fridge!

We are very pleased with our LG fridge. It replaced a Sears Kenmore, which forced me to lay down on my chin just to see what food I had (why did it take them so long to figure out that the freezer belongs on the bottom?) Like most people who buy this unit, we have a tiny kitchen. This fridge fits into a small space, yet it offers the modern french doors, which we love. The shelves are not a problem; both sides are adjustable. We decided to remove one shelf completely, just to make room for more taller items. This has worked well. Of course we would love to have a huge refrigerator, but our kitchen is just too small, and there's nothing we can do about it. So this LG fridge turned out to be an excellent compromise.

After much searching for a French-door refrigerator to fit our space, we found this one at Best Buy. We love the refrigerator. It looks nice and has lots of room for a smaller refrigerator. It runs quietly and like the pleasant sounding alarm when the door is left open. The delivery men were super nice and very helpful.

I have had this refrigerator about a month now and am very pleased with it. I needed a smaller unit since I have a definite height limitation. The storage area is very adequate for the two of us. I had not had the 3-door style with freezer on the bottom before, and it is very convenient. It is very quiet (I do not have the ice maker turned on). It was a slight surprise that the lovely "stainless steel" doors are obviously not steel since my collection of magnets doesn't stick there! So I have them on one side. I was very happy with the sales people at Best Buy, as well as the people who delivered the unit, set it up, and removed the old unit.

After getting three defective Samsung refrigerators from another company we decided to try Best Buy. We did some research and went with the LG and love it. The Geek Squad was great and made sure the ice maker was hooked up and not leaking and that the frig. Was perfectly level. It stays nice and cold and love the French doors. Ice maker makes more ice then I use so there is a button to turn it off. So far we love it.

Love this fridge. There are not too many choices for a French door fridge, with a freezer pullout, at this width and depth. Having 4 shelves on the door is huge. The freezer keeps ice cream at such an ideal and steady 32 degrees, that I can scoop it with virtually no effort, straight out of the freezer. With my old fridge, I had to let ice cream sit at least 20 minutes before it can eaten. The unit is quiet and the alarm that goes off if the door is ajar, is great if you have kids that forget to close the door! Overall great buy. Always buy appliances on Black Friday! Saved a ton.

Refrigerator arrived earlier than originally scheduled, a bonus! It was perfect for the space. Plenty of space and keeps food cold. Ice Maker works great and is overall a very quiet unit. Glad I purchased!!

First, this fits our space. Second, it is a good deal quieter than our old Amana. However, it is taking a while to figure out how to use the space efficiently, especially now as the garden starts to generate produce by the bucket. It does feel a bit cramped compared to the fridge it replaced, perhaps due to different layout of shelves and drawers. Still, overall, a good buy.

This was was an open box item with two tiny dings on the door so I was super excited to get deep discount ! I needed a smaller fridge and this works great in my space. My first time with the freezer on the bottom and I'm really liking that feature. Most everything I need is at eye level. I don't have a water dispenser in the door but so far I haven't missed that feature. I like the fact that it makes a dinging sound if you leave the door open. A useful feature as I have a teenager in the house. This can be disengaged by pressing an off button. It has an ice maker but I had to go back to Best Buy to by the water connector and haven't hooked it up yet. Brightly lit, easy to use temp controls and quiet. It has an app that assist with diagnosing problems. . You hold the smartphone up to an area Inside the fridge door that communicates info to the manufacturer and can diagnosis the problem. Hopefully I wont ever need this app. I have been very pleased!

I had an old refrigerator from 1984 that simply had to be replaced. I did a lot of research first to find out what the top rated and reviewed units were, and the LG kept coming up as one of the best. I also liked that the manufacturer put a 10 year warranty on the compressor - best one in the business. Once I picked out the fridge, I got it delivered by a very competent team who took good care to both protect my home and set up the new fridge. The fridge cooled down quickly so I was able to put food back in pretty fast. I love the fridge so far! The lighting inside is bright, the drawers slide smoothly, the shelves were easy to adjust, and there is plenty of space inside. It's a lot quieter than my old fridge was, and it's slightly smaller width-wise than the old one, so cleaning around it will be easier. The freezer compartment holds a lot of food and the two sliding trays make it easy to access items in both drawers. Ice cubes freeze fast, too. (I didn't opt to use the icemaker, since I would have had to try to run a water line out there.) There's even a cute little chime if you have left the door open too long. All in all, I think I will be very happy with this purchase!

I have a very small space in my kitchen in which to put a refrigerator, so this being only 29 3/4 inches wide is amazing. I never thought I'd find a french door, freezer on bottom refrigerator to fit in my kitchen. I've had this for a little over a month, and so far it's been excellent. I haven't had a chance to hook up the water line yet, so I can't review that, but I think this is a great refrigerator, although a bit pricey.

We looked for a fridge to fit a limited space in our kitchen for 2 years. This fridge was the right size and it wasn't $3,000+. It is spacious, has great lighting, open door alarm, and it is a French door model. We have not previously owned an LG appliance but they seem to have a very good reputation. The sales person at Best Buy was a pleasure to work with and the delivery was smooth.

My wife and I recently bought a house which came along with a side by side fridge and freezer. We hated the fridge because it seemed like we couldn't store anything in the fridge and it was full. After researching the internet, we came across the LG refrigerator. The LG was one of the few refrigerators that would fit into the small spot our new house would allow. After ordering the refrigerator and seeing it in person (best buy didn't not have it at their store) we decided to keep it and have it delivered. Best Buys delivery team was great. They came in and looked at the house and figured out a safe way to bring the refrigerator in the house and get it all set up. So far the fridge has been good. We can store all the food we want in the fridge and freezer and still have some room left. The ice maker is a nice feature to have as well. If you are looking for a big refrigerator, this LG is not for you, but if you are looking for a small fridge that can hold a decent amount, this would be a good fridge for you.

I purchase tens of thousands of dollars in appliances per year for residential applications and Pacific Kitchen team at Best Buy has been my best experience yet. "Tiny" living spaces are clearly in vogue. This LG product makes compactness available, delivers quality, its quiet and tough! I've been through most other manufacturers of appliances and will only buy LG now! If its tough enough for tenants, its tough enough for an owner arguably should be willing to take better care of their own appliance

This was a special order item we bought because we have an unusually short space in which to place it. It is beautiful and the largest refrigerator we have been able to get into our short space. It has easy access to foods and the inside design was made to use the maximum space for all needed items. We used appliance wax (Johnson Jubilee)as suggested and have a minimum of fingerprints, even though it has a smooth finish. We bought it in black.
