High Tech Amazing Product!

It has a scotch cube ice maker that makes round ice cubes for the best on the rocks drinks. Also the open door too long sensor helps us remember to close the doors properly! This is a must buy product !

I have a Best Buy membership. I had service scheduled under my warranty when I called Best Buy. They told me no one ever made an appointment and you don’t have a warranty but when I look online, I do have a warranty. It says it right on the Best Buy site that I do have a warranty. I have attempted to get Best Buy to come out and fix my refrigerator for over a year and they will not come out to fix it now they’re saying they won’t cover it and essentially telling me that I’m a liar and never called them. So now I have a very expensive refrigerator with a broken icemaker and a door that will not seal.

I like the middle beverage drawer. I use the water/ice feature on the door. I haven't had it very long, so I haven't explored all the many features yet.

Measure the height of your condiments- they won’t fit. Thinking of putting them in the door - guess again. The fruit and vegetables crispers are a good size and we like the convertible drawer. It’s just not worth this much money.

In addition to this the door flap doesn’t always shut so we have to be careful of this. I’m worried that while we will have someone come out to repair that this might become a lifelong issue with the refrigerator. Getting something fixed only having it less than 6 months is frustrating, so I would ensure anyone getting this looks for reviews like this and possible themes.
