    After doing the consumer research on refridgerators, we went to BestBuy and found the model we wanted. With our TotalTech membership, we bought it and scheduled it for delivery and were out of the store in 40 minutes. The sales guy was knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was done perfectly 2 days later.

    It's a well organized fridge with very nice and bright lights. Food seems to be evenly chilled. I wish it had a real-time temperature monitor like my older Kitchen Aid fridge, but my understanding is that the LG is more reliable, especially for an over-stuffed fridge. THe LED lighting is very bright!

    Craft Ice just doesn't work. Evidently, it's a widespread problem with no real fix. It works for a while, but when it breaks, you hear loud clunking from the freezer as the ice won't knock out to the try below. I used the phone app to open a ticket, but I read that after the craft ice module replacement, it works for a while and dies again. If it weren't for that issue, I'd say we really love the fridge. Smart looks, smart app, smart design. It's been handy to change the middle tray from refrigerating to freezing.

    Very nice fridge but the door container where the water dispenser is at is so slim to really fit anything. The sphere ice is a cool feature but takes up a lot of space in the freezer so we ended up turning it off eventually. Overall pleased with our purchase.
