    I love the new refrigerator. The layout makes it very easy to see what is in the refrigerator. The freezer being on the bottom is good because most don’t go in and out of the freezer multiply times through it the day.

    So far so good! I haven't tried the craft ice feature, but if that works, we'll be good to go. I really like the newly designed water and ice dispenser--so much easier to keep clean!

    Generally fine. Shelves are not really deep enough and ice drops on the floor a lot when filling cups. Nice aesthetic and cleans easily

    Refrigerator is great! Nice layout and very convenient. Craft ice takes a very long time to make (only 3 or 6 cubes per day).

    So far I still don’t have the clear ice round ice balls but supposedly it takes a few batches for that to happen. I will update on that. That’s why I’ve given it 4 stars instead of 5. I like the setup.

    Setup by Best Buy third party was a mess! They had to bring another unit and messed that one up by scratching it up on the doors and handles, once fixed after the third try, the product was everything as advertised!

    When our new fridge was delivered , the delivery guys loaded our one year old fridge onto there truck . they were supposed to just set it in the carport . when we realised this , they said it was way up front in the truck and difficult to get until they made more deliverys. They said they would bring it back that afternoon . They never did ??? We wanted it for a neighbor .We

    The space is limited inside the fridge on the bottom shelf because of the way the fridge is made. the bottom freezer has two drawers to place items. on the top drawer with only halfway comes out and you can’t see what even in there and then you pull the drawer out All the way and you can’t get it back on track. This is the worst refrigerator I have ever had in my whole life.
