However, one week in and it’s barely making ice. It has only made 3 of the large balls and two cups of the craft ice. We’ve turned it on and off and made sure the temp settings are right and still nothing.

Craft Ice maker stops working every 3-6 months. Water dispenser continually gets stopped up and won’t dispense water. Highly disappointed. Will never purchase an LG appliance again.

Freezer stopped freezing a total of six times in 8 months, water leaking from the ice machine, compressor had a hole afyer a “repair” etc. Several LG technician “repairs” later they are finally agreeing to give us a credit in the amount we paid to put towards any refrigerator in stock at Best Buy. Dealing with LG hasn’t been so great but STEVE with Geek Squad has really gone above and beyond and for that reason alone, I will still make all my big purchases at best buy.

Craft Ice Cubes are Not impressive.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I really liked this refrigerator for 6 weeks, this morning I woke up to find it leaking around the freezer and icemaker dispenser. As I looked more closely to try to figure out what was going on, I discovered that the freezer is not working properly so that none of the food in the freezer is frozen. This is despite the fact the the temperature read-out on the face of the refrigerator continues to say that the freezer temperature is still 0 degrees (as it has said since the day the refrigerator was delivered on 4/1/2021. Luckily, I purchased a warranty/repair plan - but the soonest a technician can come is in 5 days by which time all the food in the freezer will be unfrozen. I was told that the technician will attempt to repair the refrigerator as it can not be replaced if it breaks after 4 weeks. I am very concerned that I have a "lemon" (what refrigerator breaks after 6 weeks?) and hope that Best Buy will provide proper customer service and stand by what they have sold.

Freeze fan error at 14 months.

Don't like the freezer fan going out 2 months past the factory warranty and the service techs saying that is a common problem with these refrigerators. I ditched our Samsung for simliar issues. More money, more problems. At least I have craft ice now to help drown the issue.
