Would buy again, love the 3 drawers!! Freezer is very roomy

Something this nice should not be as loud as it is. It is constantly running and emits noise. Still getting used to a French door fridge from having a side by side. Extra drawer is the best thing about it.

We purchased this refrigerator in Oct 2016. Since our purchase this unit has had a series of issues. We had to have a fan replaced because it made a very loud noise. Recently the refrigerator stopped cooling. We found out that the compressor and the evaporator coil needs to be replace. The cost of the repair will be $1600. I really wish I had never purchased an LG. The repair man says he sees a ton of issues with LGs and Samsung refrigerators. He strongly recommends only purchasing GE or Whirlpool. We will be shopping for a new refrigerator this weekend.

Plenty of room for a family of five and looks great!

I at first bought the Samsung in this price range. It was noisy, the thing made strange noises, reminded me of a tug boat. Rejected and returned. So what now? The LG was a bit more expensive but far exceeds the Samsung in my opinion. Quiet, solid, just seems overall to be of better quality and for that matter a bit larger and user friendly. The finish is superior as well in my opinion. I have no regrets with this upgrade, it was a couple hundred more, but worth every cent.

This is an excellent refrigerator. We tried a GE Cafe, but it was too loud and after months of research, ended up getting an LG with the 2 drawers and love it. Quiet, works great, and love the small ice cubes, they are perfect, and its amazing just how much you can stuff in the freezer drawer. So far so good!

This refidge is great. It has room, looks nice, and fits the space.

It's been an okay fridge so far. The only issue is that the drip tray isn't removable.

Refrigerator has ample room, nice looking, and is very quiet!

Needed a counter depth refrigerator and this works perfectly

Less than 2 1/2 years old and the cooling system needs to be replaced. Read the warranty as the parts are covered however the labor & Freon are not. My cost to replace is over $700 with no guarantee that it will work. A 2 1/2 yr old fridge that cost $2900 + should not need its cooling system replaced and if it does LG should pay the labor & Freon charges! Will not buy another LG Product.

You really do give up flexibility when you switch to a cabinet depth refrigerator, more than you realize when you look at it empty in the store.

Beautiful refrigerator...however it is very difficult to level. The Geek Squad tried twice to level and it still isn't right. Our floor is level, so it was determined the cabinet on the refrigerator must be slightly twisted or out of square. My husband made shims for one side so it is acceptable. The shelves inside the refrigerator as pretty shallow, do not much will fit compared to a regular size refrigerator. I knew that going in, but I wanted the counter depth look.

The sales staff was awesome! I spoke with 3 different Best Buy Sales people at different times while deciding which model and where I wanted to purchase. Everyone was very helpful, personable and friendly. The refrigerator is everything is wanted and more.Delivery went seamlessly and the men were very kind, courteous and friendly.

the different draws that give different temperatures for all the different selections of food, wine, fruits, vegetable just EVERYTHING is just what I was looking for. It has so many compartments for different sizes of everything I buy. I JUST LOVE ALL OF IT and the Price was great too. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT PRODUCT !

Disappointed by the caliber of installation upon delivery. Note that we purposefully purchased from BB versus another store, same product, few dollars less, because of your your installation desctiption. Your Geek SQuad came to the rescue but another step.

The refrigerator is excellent. However, the lack of space in the upper section is a drawback. It is likely that all counter-depth units suffer in this category.

I love this refrigerator. We had originally went with the Samsung 4 door model, but went with this one instead after we were offered a killer deal on it because it was a returned item. I was worried at first because the freezer space seemed limited, but it has proven to be sufficient. The black stainless finish looks great too and the kids fingerprints do not show up at all. It truly is the focal point of our kitchen.

We have had the refrigerator for less than two years and the compressor failed. I have learned that this is a common problem in some of the new LG refrigerators. It has been five weeks and LG has yet to provide our service company with the appropriate approval to get the required work done (the part is under warranty). I have been a loyal LG consumer until now. This will be the last LG product that we purchase. After I did some research I understand that my situation is not unusual - please do your due diligence prior to purchasing an LG refrigerator . . I wish I had. I relied on the Best Buy ratings.

Love the color! I haven't had a counter depth before, and the freezer space is quite limited. I have an extra freezer in garage so that helps. Refrigerator portion seems large enough so far since items got lost in the back with larger units. I like the middle drawer for snack items - quick and easy!
