Love this refrigerator! Craft ice is such a plus! Stylish, gorgeous, and so functional!

This is the 2nd LG I’ve owned , the first I had for 5 yrs and I sold my home and let it go , so when I bought a new home ,,I already knew I wanted an LG !! I’ve had the new one for 3 weeks now and it’s Great , just as I suspected!!

Very happy with this refrigerator. I was hesitant to invest in a LG products. However, having recently purchase LG stackable washer & dryer and being pleasantly with that purchase we figured let’s try their refrigerator. I glad we did it seems to be of outstanding quality and design.

1 year on, has been a BIG disappointment. We loved the fridge at first. Silent, Craft Ice, Overall look and feel. HOWEVER, Craft Ice Maker has broken twice in less than a year, and the door water/ice dispenser leaks white powder for no reason (No hard water, and yes LG Filter). You must purchase an extended guarantee, will give trouble.

Great look and functional; however, there’s occasionally an issue with water leakage from the dispenser when closing the doors.

I just recieved it and I couldn’t be more happy it is beautiful inside and out. I Highly recommend it!

This refrigerator is so practical with the Instaview doors. I bought plastic containers to help organize most of my jars and food containers.

We've had for a month and LOVE everything about it! If you are in the market for a refridgerator, this is the one you should purchase.

It's an excellent choice. Good appliances from Best Buy Stores and Pacific Sales. Salesperson are great and professional in products.

Bought it a few months back. It was leaking water from the water dispenser. They brought me another one, this one makes noise and leaks over night as well. Can not close the fridge easily, poor quality

This LG fridge is so far wonderful, it has the round ice plus the regular cubed ice maker. The only thing is that the ice maker runs out of ice quickly with m6 family. The container is not very large as we have had in the past. It has French door style with freezer on bottom. Only thing is if you need something from the deli tray which is one long drawer, you have to open both doors. A nice thing that my family and grandsons enjoy is the front storage area for drinks. You can tap window to see what is in door or fridge. But you can open just this door to get an item not the entire fridge door. The water comes out very cold from the ice maker area spout. Overall we are happy at this time with this product. We have had for a couple of months. Now dealing with Best Buy customer service, is one of the worse. After we purchased the very next day, the price from their own website, went down. We called to get the credit for the price match. They were horrible and fought us to not give us their own price match reduction. They kept asking for the website to check. It’s your own site!! Then we asked for a credit for damage when delivered.

Much better quality than more expensive competitor. Had $5000 Samsung lasted 1 year before ice maker went out, followed by control panel then compressor. Now at a year with the LG no problems. Notifies you if the door is left open by text message. Makes nice Kraft ice balls. We also like the door in door feature. Overall a 100% improvement over the other.

Very nice fridge with a good deal of space and very aesthetically pleasing. The in-door ice machine saves a lot of space inside the main storage area of the refrigerator, but limits the size of items that can fit in that door. It also makes that door a little heavier than average, so be cautious when closing the door for fear of beaking the plastic seal/flap. Touch controls on the exterior are simple enough for a novice, but will require reading the manual for the more advanced features. I was a little concerned the door-in-door would be a little cheap based on less expensive models I've seen in the showroom, however it is well made on this model and very functional/handy for those quick-grab items. Shelves are sturdy, and drawers are easy to modify temperature controls. Freezer has good storage, in line with most pull-out freezer drawers in this class. There is a small, third internal drawer that is more of a tray than anything, but does work well for ice packs and low-profile meat packages. The coctail ice cubes are a nice touch, however they do take 24 hours to make just three, so it's not practical as an everyday usage. The "two-knock" light-up feature on the door-in-door is neat, but somewhat of a gimmick if I'm being honest. Once you know what you keep there, you really don't need to use the feature, unless perhaps doing a once-over to check what you might need before a grocery run. Still pretty fancy though. Finally, I can't say for certain that $4k is a good base price here. My last fridge cost less than $2k, and it was pretty nice too... less features, but still nice and plenty functional. Maybe if you can get it on a good sale like I did, it'll be an easier bill to swallow. Overall though, I do like the refrigerator and my wife loves it as well, so wins all around.

extremely satisfied with purchase. the quality is top notch and the craft ice is amazing! previously had a larger LG that was a bit obtrusive for my counter depth. this fits perfectly. even thought the cubic feet is smaller then previous don’t seem to have any issues with space. well set up works great looks amazing and the craft ice is a huge hit with everyone. Buy an LG craft ice fridge!!

Love this refrigerator Quiet, love the see-through door, craft ice keeps beverages cold longer, lots of storage space, inside lighting makes all products easy to find, freezer is very spacious, drawers slide easily. Love our L/G front loading washer and dryer so we purchased same brand refrigerator. Am very pleased so far.

We researched refrigerators for an extended period of time, trying to find a counter depth that fit the space and had the quality and look we wanted. This LG stood out. Everything about this refrigerator looked and felt better than the other brands. The very high ratings was also a deciding factor. We had previously had a side by side and always seemed to be needing more storage space. This LG door-in-door, has significantly more storage. The overall interior layout, coupled with having the ice maker built into the door and not taking up interior space is the main reason. We love the door-in door feature for accessing the most commonly used items without completely opening the doors. OK, can't lie. The Craft round ice cubes sold me! Perfect fit for our mixology endeavors. PS: Many refrigerator reviews complain about noise, doors not closing correctly, freeze ups etc. Make sure you do a real good job leveling your refrigerator both side to side and front to back. On the front to back, it even helps to have it tilt back slightly to aid door closing. Do this and I am sure a lot of these issues will be avoided.

We Love our New LG Electronics 3-Door French Door Refrigerator. It will give your kitchen a new spacious feel with clean counter lines. On the front exterior, LG has given this counter depth refrigerator finger print proof stainless steel doors and handles. It's through the door water/ice maker is an added convenience, and is where the temperature is set. This refrigerator is quiet too. Only hear it make ice once and a while. Inside LG gave thought to maximize storage space with adjustable shelves, and fruit and vegetable drawers with adjustable moisture level. There is also one large drawer for meat and cheese storage. In the left door there is an ice maker for thru the door ice, crushed ice, and water. The water filter is located behind a door shelf, and is super easy to install and replace. Below is the freezer. Inside you'll find three levels of storage. The bottom holds the largest freezer items. Then there is a medium sized rolling drawer, then the top drawer holds the second ice maker tray, with additional freezer storage
