The refrigerator is well designed and easy to make shelf adjustments. It is very,very quiet.

It is great to be able to reach everything in this fridge without getting on your knees to reach something on the bottom shelf in the back (I'm 6'4"). This has great storage space and the drawer layout is fantastic. Can't say enough about how much easier it is to access everything, even in the freezer.

Love this refrigerator, specially the bottom freezer drawer. It fit perfectly where our old fridge was, without any adjustments.

When my 11 year old refrigerator broke down on me, I wanted to make sure I choose the right refrigerator for my next 11 years. After shopping around all over the place (home depot, lowe's, pacific sales, paul's, local appliance stores, etc.), my final place to go and buy my next refrigerator was Best Buy. The service was great and I love my new refrigerator. Thank you!

BestBuy is helping with the problem. Delivered & setup Wednesday. Great delivery crew. So, 12+ hrs for temperature to stabilize in refrigerator box and the temp is running 20 degrees lower than set-point. Freezer is OK There are no LG service centers that would travel the 50 miles to our home. LG phone Help isn't too good with English. Best to 'chat' on line. They came up with service center address, but then when I called the 3, I am out of their service area. Don't want Best Buy to bring another unit just for a calibration adjustment. We wanted a White Frig, & it took 3 weeks to get.

The fridge is huge. Can finally put everything inside. Not for small entrance though. It's hard to move it in and out.

Had this model been available on the floor I would not have ordered a French door model. They are beautiful but too much door space is lost and the model I had did not have any or many shelf adjustments to work successfully. Best buy was very gracious about letting me return the smaller one and order a larger model.

Very spacious, well organized, easy to clean and maintain and we love the ice maker.

We researched and researched looking for a fridge to replace our 11yr old side-by-side Whirlpool and finally settled on this LG bottom freezer version. Love the LED interior lighting; love how deep it is; love the flexibility of shelf placement on the door, as well as the interior; love how the stuff we use the most is at eye level; love that the baskets in the freezer are "full plastic" vs. wire baskets that allow stuff to fall through; we have yet to run out of ice; it runs quietly except that the ice maker makes kind of a whining sound as it turns out the ice (I think it's an odd "binding" noise but all other family mbrs think it's normal, so who am I to question it?); the only negative thing I can say about it is the front of it is NOT magnetic. We kept a TON of stuff on the front of our old fridge, so we're having to adapt to that (no pics of g'kids, coupons, grocery lists etc); but overall we love this fridge!!

Everything seems to work great so far. The door alarm is great to keep the kids on their toes and things are definitely frosty. My only minor complaint is the thing is slow on making ice. It took over a week to make a supply I felt comfortable with. Now, I don't really care once I had the supply built up, but was concerned at first when it shot out 2-3 ice cubes an hour. Great beyond that.

Not only does this refrigerator looks great, it is so spacious...

The way our kitchen is setup we cannot have french doors because of a wall to the left. We had originally bought a Samsung french door model with in-door water dispenser but had to return it because of the wall. This LG fridge was the best choice for bottom drawer models based on features. We are happy with it so far. Ice maker is loud though, but not a big deal.

This is the second refrigerator of this type and brand I have purchased. It is simple, with no bells or whistles, which is what we want. The LED lights in this model are much brighter than my last one and the solid freezer tray is great.
