Unfortunately it took Best Buy 4 tries to get us a unit that wasn't severely damaged externally. Once we had one with only a minor dent, the evaporator fan failed twice within 7 months. With the second service call, it was discovered that our refrigerator was missing insulation between the fridge and freezer sections, which is why the evaporator fan keeps burning out. It seems LG is only willing to refund, and not replace the unit, which is pretty inconvenient since it looks like we will have to deal with Best Buy again in trying to get an undamaged replacement.

You can only have water dispenser or ice maker, not both. Dor is about 1" from the floor...it smashes your toes. Very large capacity. Shelves on door fit large bottles

Otherwise, this refrigerator meets our needs as a 2nd refrigerator!

However, I live in a warm area with no AC and the refrigerator part does not get as cool as I want. This probably makes it use low electricity but I would rather have cold beer.
