It takes up too much room on the top shelf and it always gets bumped when removing anything on that side of the refrigerator.

The delivery people did a great job. Just took too long to get the correct one ordered. The appliance works fine.

The repairs take forever. Then you are scheduled for a repair and the Geek Squad doesn’t show up nor do they give you a call about not showing up. My repair window frame was from 7am-7pm and they didn’t have the courtesy to give me a call or text. They also wouldn’t let me hold for a supervisor. I will never buy from Best But again especially the Geek Squad insurance.

I had to flip the door because of my kitchen layout and it was not easy. The support hinge did not fit correctly so I had to have LG send a repair man out who came with a new part that fit the same. He proceeded to knock on my neighbors doors all the way down the street until he found someone who had the tool he needed to Jimmy rig it the right way. Decent fridge just probably not the right one for my set up.
