I bought this product and a very nasty and wicked Best Buy associate sold it and the freezer that was order with it. This has caused me tremendous heart ache and pain because I had to cancel and re buy the items from Home Depot. Now my shipment was late to get on the cargo and I have not collected my stuff just yet and Christmas is coming .

I am absolutely livid right now. I had a delivery scheduled for this morning. I took the time off of work. I've moved everything, I'm charged. Force said delivery and installation and removal, and yet after delivery is supposed to start time wise. I get text messages saying that it needs to be rescheduled. I took time off of work. I moved everything.I got everything ready and now it's not going to be delivered. The next delivery date available is the end of September.
