Purchase this unit June 2022, lost some perishables in the fridge recently. Bought some temperature gauges to monitor temp, noticed fan stopped working. Temp in fridge increased to 41 degrees. Frezzer food frozen but does not circulate air. Called for warranty service, service tech looked at the unit told me another week that he needed the parts. Service tech called me to let me know time he will be at my home. I asked if he thought this would fix the problem he responded not giving me the reassurance that the fridge would hold temp. If this does not bring down the temp I will be requesting a new fridge....

Missed delivery

I had a delivery scheduled for 7/3, stayed home all day, called the store and was told they were 30 minutes to an hour away from delivering. No show, no call. Called the store the next day and it was ridiculous the 2 conversation I had with your employees. I canceled the order and will not purchase from Best Buy again.

I've had it for a month so far so good I would have preferred the water dispenser on the outside instead of the inside but that option was not available

Well I wanted to get a General Electric fridge but everyone said go with the LG. I love the size and how big it is but the fridge does not keep cold. Now I have to contact LG so ghey can come out and look at it. My cheese and milk went bad.

First employee lied and told us it came in the color we wanted then we found out that it does not so employee lied to us just to make a sale
If the water dispenser was recently changed, tapped air may be the causes of this. Moreover, this may also be caused by air in the water line. The stainless steel doors are very poor quality. There are very shiny and prone to fingermarks which are
a hassle to remove. The stainless steel of fridge doesn"t match the color of the range and that of microwave and dishwasher. I have 3 different colors of stainless steel, when i should have only one color considering i bought a package of 4 LG appliances at the same time.

Voted as a “Best Buy” by Consumer Reports, we found this refrigerator to make a high pitched noise and rumble whenever it was cooling that we couldn’t stand. We returned it and got a French door style LG instead.

Decent fridge. Door is really low and hits your foot if you’re not careful.

Do not buy this refrigerator I do not like to do this but this refrigerator gave me alot of problems nobody had the correct part

I have lost so much food with the refrigerator, it is constantly breaking down and the food goes bad, this fridge is horrible they say it’s because this fridge only has one fan but I’ve had other fridges with one fan and NOT had this problem, save your money and look at another fridge

Doesn’t work. Had to throw out all of the food away.

Door doesnt automatically close.

Door closes about 3/4 of way and then you have to push it closed. Adjusting piece at bottom works on left side but not on right side. So impossible to raise front height to enable automatic door closure. Otherwise great refrig.

incredibly disappointed , had this for less than a year, and despite 2 geek squad visits and 2 lg visits , each side blaming the other yet my fridge is still not working. Wasted so many hours on the phone chasing. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Lousy Garbage - Too noisy

This thing is very noisy. I have never had a fridge where you can stand 20 feet away and hear a loud rumbling sound. I will be returning this and replacing it with something else. Don't buy this unless you have a pair of ear plugs handy.
