I love how big this fridge is. It looks great and has been working well. A few weird this. The water on the front door is different than the standard, so many guests who go to get water don't realize that the cup doesn't go where the ice (and traditionally water) comes out of. Then you are left with a big puddle to clean up. This has happened at least 4 times. Also the seal between doors does not fold great so when opening both doors, i always have to close the left door first or else it wont close properly. Otherwise, i love the size, looks great, like the low profile ice maker. Small annoyances but over all good product.

We replaced a 24 year old Kenmore with this open box refrigerator. Best Buy delivered it and said it would take 24hrs to cool completely. Well, after an hour it didn't feel like it was cooling so I immediately thought open box wasn't a good idea. But before I made a call to the store, I read the book and found that Best Buy didn't deactivate the "Display Mode". Once I took care of that, it started cooling pretty quickly! I like that the refrigerator shelves are movable as well as 2 of the door baskets. I do wish though that one of the baskets on the left side was bigger. It can barely hold 3 medium size salad dressing bottles! The freezer section holds a lot and I love that it has a drawer too! Overall this refrigerator is an excellent buy, and quiet too! Hope it lasts 24 years!

We shopped for a while to replace a 17 year old GE side by side that never really worked completely right. The LG was delivered three weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. It is MUCH quieter than the old GE. The ice maker in the left door is not so bulky that you can't use the (small) shelves. We opted for only ONE ice maker. We chose this unit over others due to the drawers inside: they are deep and open far enough to put bulky items (cauliflower) in easily. The freezer compartment handle pull is a FIXED type so less risk of mechanical failure of those that are "hinged". Our unit is NOT counter depth as we have the room. The freezer compartment is quite adequate for 2 people - and we don't have much frozen foods anyway. The Best Buy price, sales process removal of old fridge, delivery and installation were superb! It was in the promised time window, TWO days after purchase. Excellent sale price was also a factor. So far, so good.

It’s a refrigerator and freezer that does the job. Overall, we love it, but here’s what we don’t like: - the freezer upper drawer didn’t roll properly for the first 6 months. Not sure what changed, but it started rolling smooth after 6 months. - The plastic button from where you get water in the door is losing it’s paint / silver covering. It’s going to look rough by 3 years of use. Unfortunate for the price paid. - Ice machine gets a LOT of use - has only jammed twice in that time. - the gaskets that blow air into the ice maker were not properly installed when I purchased it. I fixed that immediately, and I wonder if that’s what’s caused others issues. - button for water and ice confuses first time users. But after getting wet, they won’t make that mistake again. On a plus side - the cartridges are much cheaper than our previous fridge.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Did tons of research and found this was the best option for the price. TONS of space, looks great, good price, and runs quiet. I noticed complaints of the fridge being noisy, but I've found it to be quieter than any fridge I've lived with before. Deliverers worked fast and were very professional.

For the price and the size of this refrigerator it was worth the money I paid. The only thing that I do not like about this is that it showed it had a linear compressor which lg says allows for low decibel operation, however, this only lasted for the first couple months I have owned the fridge. I do not recommend using the energy efficient mode because it seams like the compressor is running constantly and its even louder than normal mode. I will say that using the default mode does seem quieter than eco. It has plenty of space but has trouble with tall juice bottles and 2L sodas without taking out 2 shelves.

I was worried about getting this new French Door refrigerator, but it is quite nice. I love the bottom freezer and pull out drawer. The smaller items can go in the drawer and not get lost. Having the 2 French drawers is great. the smaller ice maker in the door takes up less room.

Looks great for good price. Ice in door works well, however makes small amount of ice, but haven't had any problems yet.

Great frige, offers a lot of space. Freezer drawer is a big plus. The stainless steel smudges a lot, so you might need to clean it more. Water dispenser is very slow at filling up a glass of water. Ice maker is great

I got this refrigerator prior to Black Friday to replace a side-by-side refrigerator that was leaking from the freezer compartment. It included free delivery and installation. The whole experience was great, however, I wish the time estimate for installation would have just been a 2 hour time frame rather than 4 hours. Mine was anytime between 8 and 12 pm, but they ended up getting here by 10 am. Installation was fast and easy as it was hooked up to an existing water line. The refrigerator itself looks very nice with a sleek look. It takes a little getting used to coming from a side-by-side refrigerator for nearly 13 years. The water filter and ice features are quite nice. My only issue is that you have to transfer the ice made to the freezer compartment. The freezer is also a pain if you have a lot of small items to sort through. It simply stacks on top of everything, so it takes a bit of digging if you have a lot of stuff in the freezer. The sliding wheel to the freezer slide out also came off after a few uses. I'm still trying to find use for the Glide N Serve compartment. It's a nice to have, but I would have preferred having extra shelf space. It would also have been nice to have a third shelf storage bin on the right side since it could have easily have fit one. I will end up buying an extra storage bin to accommodate. I wish the change filter alarm could be based on how much water is dispensed and ice made rather than be set at an arbitrary 6 month period. Overall, it's a sleek looking refrigerator that's been easy to use and maintain.

Fridge fits nicely in our opening where our 13 year old GE. side by side was parked. I did my home work on refrigerators as I do on everything and this pointed me to this French door unit. The interior space is very good. the lighting is very good. the ice maker can keep up just fine with you family of five and then some. the water from the dispenser is colder then our old GE. would give, We find that we do not need the third drawer in the freezer that the next model up offers . Unit is quiet ,also Best Buy had the best price anywhere.

Before we had this ref, we have a GE brand. We got this as a gift from our daughter. It was okay, big enough gets cold but it was noisy. After using it for more than 3 yrs, it's not performing very well anymore. So after making researchs, we had 2 choices left. The one from Samsung and the LG. After discussing with my wife, she made her choice and I agreed with her. LG is the winner and we have no regrets. It was an amazing choice. We can always assure to everyone who is looking for a ref/ LG is the one.

For the price point and especially for the space that the new refrigerator was going into, this was the one! Very spacious inside and ample ice for 2 people.

I love this frig. I especially love that the ice maker is on the door and uses less space than my old Kitchenaid. There is plenty of room for everything.

The refrigerator is very user friendly. Adjustable shelves allow for flexibility. Ice maker in the door works great.

Very pleased with my new refrigerator:) Lot's of space and looks great in my kitchen. This my first experience with a French door refrigerator and so far I am happy.

I love how both doors open..you can move shelfs up and down to make more room. It's so spacious.. I'm just in love with my new fridge!!

This fridge was our second choice after the first, and larger one we had chosen would not fit through the doorways in our home. It has actually been more than enough space for our family of six,including two pre-teen/teenaged boys. It's a quite fridge and the only complaint, causing me to give it 4 stars, is with the water dispenser. It's a slow stream so it takes a minute or two to fill up our water bottles. Other than that, we've loved it so far!

This refrigerator gave us everything we were looking for. Style, advanced features, storage space, & reliability.
