It has 3 months since we got this product. No issues until now. The water tastes perfect. Enough storage and good storage design. Makes some noise but does not bother us as our bedroom is a but far. Simple panel design. You can get used to it. Most of the times, we just use the ice type button. Water dispenser design is also good. Though sometimes water would spill but that's a non issue. Overall I like it.

All very good; efficiency, looks, outer ice and water dispenser, and it's quiet versus other comments online. The only issues are the space lost inside due to the serving drawer; you have to open both doors to pull out the right veggie drawer; and only 2 trays inside the right door. It's only 0.7 cu.ft. less storage than our old one, but seems like MUCH less. Should have purchased a larger one.

Love my new refrigerator. Has more room than a regular side by side. The shelf’s are adjustable, which is a plus. I love all the room I have in both the top fridge & bottom drawer freezer. It has an ice bucket in freezer where you can store extra ice. Only con is the side door panel by the ice maker is only made to hold small items.

This was our 1st French door refrigerator. It also met our specs for being a counter depth frig. Our goal was simple, to get rid of an older side-by-side with a newer model. Mission accomplished. Some things to mention: the ice maker is small, it works well and makes ice quickly, but the bin is fairly small. I think we can fill 7-8 glasses and then it's out. Not a huge problem for us because it works well and we like the convenience of in-the-door ice & water. We keep an extra bag of ice in the freezer for backup. Frig space is wonderful, lots more space vs a side by side. The doors do not always close fully without a firm push, but the alarm alerts us if we fail. This annoyed me at 1st, but I have come to accept it and it just makes me more alert to closing the door due to the robust seals. Overall, keeps food cold, no frost in the freezer, ice maker/water feature is excellent and the stainless steel look makes it look very elegant.

10 year warranty, energy efficiency, quiet, solid quality.

This refrigerator was not my first choice but we ended up buying it because of space considerations. It is very spacious and I am completely satisfied. I would give it 5 stars but the ice maker is on the small side.

Delivery was on scheduled. So far so good. There is a lot of space in the fridge. Install of the water filter was very easy. The ice maker works ok. Just cant fit a 32oz water bottle under it. The water dispenser needs getting used to. The water kind of splashes out onto the floor if you dont get it right, but you can fill large containers with it.

I searched and searched for a frig that would be roomy and quiet. I also wanted one that would last. After looking over consumer reports LG was at the top of the list for performance. I wanted a counter depth, but paying double for less space seemed idiotic. So, glad I found this frig.

The LG is a great fridge so far. The adjustable shelves are great, as well as the wide drawer at the bottom. The control panel is simple and easy to use. The freezer is spacious and the pull-out drawer keeps things organized and free from being everything being buried in one large pile. The ice-maker tray is small but for two people it has worked perfectly.

Our old refrigerator went haywire so we purchased this LG and we love it, it has many adjustable shelves, keeps very cold, well lit interior, extra large capacity freezer. We truly loved it so much that we replaced the stove and microwave with LG products and they are just as great. Highly recommend them.

I love this French door refrigerator however mine has one flaw. My only complaint is the placement of the waterline in the in door dispenser. The line on my fridge is to close to the panel you push to dispense water. If you are using a cup that has a thick rim it spills water everywhere because the stream hits the rim of the cup. I have looked at this model in other stores and the line is not as close so I assume I have a flawed model. Other than that I love it. I was worried about the size of the ice bucket but we haven't depleted the ice yet so I guess it is sufficient.

I am very happy with the space in the refrigerator and freezer. I also really like the 2 door system. What I do wish was different is the door would close easier. You have to shut it- not like an self closing drawer.

We’re happy with the construction and available space in this fridge. Easy access to all parts and friendly controls. Only comment, and it might be an installation issue, but I would have liked for the doors to close smoother and with less resistance.

The LG French Door Refrigerator looks great in the kitchen. Love the large capacity freezer. French Doors work great. Keeps everything so nice and cool and to perfect temperature. Kids love the water/ice n the door. So glad I decided on the LG. Love it.

I would buy this refrigerator again in a heartbeat, because it is sleek, smart, efficient , and spacious. I owned another refrigerator for many years, but was never satisfied with its overall performance, but especially it’s in door water and ice features. This one meets all my expectations.

I love this refrigerator! Plenty of freezer & fridge storage. Runs quiet. The open-door-too long alarm gets a bit annoying, but a nice feature. What actually sold me was the ice maker in the door with 2 shelves on the back of it...great use of space, an excellent idea! It doesn't make a lot, but it is more than enough for two people. It makes square cubes, not half-moon ones. Wished the meat/cheese drawer was two separate ones, but it is big and can hold quite a bit.
