The entire purchase went well. we did have a delay in the delivery and then it showed up on the original date that we set up but everything else went good. The installers were awesome. very professional and friendly.

Refrigerator freezer looks great. It is working fine and very quiet.

Perfect for a 34 inch opening without giving up the space of a larger fridge!

Fridge is easy to use and works well. Our problem is that when you open the freezer drawer it is very loud. Others can hear it from the other side of the house! Tempted to return based on this issue. Don't purchase if you want smooth quiet freezer drawer

I like the fridge overall, it looks really nice in our kitchen and we've adjusted to its quirks. The water on the front is going to be a pain for any guests, however. It is a confusing set up and it will get sprayed on the floor. Also, you get about 3 glasses of ice before its empty.

Love my new LG French door refrigerator/freezer! Looks stunning in my kitchen! Love the LED lighting, very sharp! Only thing I would change is where the water is dispensed in the door. It is a bit confusing as to where to place your glass, which leads to spilled water. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars!

all foods are easy to view nothing gets lost in the back so I am in and out very quickly. , love the deli drawer.... I am drinking more water, having the dispenser so handy... Love the bottom freezer... this was a good investment !

Wish it had the mini door so I don't have to open the whole door. The water comes out the top part and I wish it came out like where the ice did. And it doesn't come out that cold.

An overall good fridge. It was one of the few that actually fit in the opening in my kitchen, and it is much higher quality that they others that fit, and are in the same price range. The only concerns I have are the longevity and brightness of the LED lights, as they don't appear to be replaceable, the water dispenser is a little awkward as it sits in on top and in front of the ice dispenser and overshoots the drip tray, and the lack of light on the touch buttons is annoying when trying to find them in the dark. My fridge also came with a dent in the side, but I decided to accept a discount over going through the trouble of getting a replacement.

I've only had the frig for a week and the only issue is the way the water dispensers. After running it on the floor a couple times problems are solved-just hold the glass against the dispenser. Guests require instruction-LOL

Decent fridge with the price. We could only buy fridges in this size for our house. Liking it so far. The only thing is the that the ice are sticked together after stored in the box, so when I tried to get ice cubes, nothing was coming out. Not a big issue but this is he only problem that we are having.

After much searching on line and in stores, we finally purchased our LG refrigerator from Best Buy because of their excellent service and price-matching. The process was seamless and easy, and the refrigerator was delivered without any problems. Looking to purchase the rest of our kitchen appliances through Best Buy also.

I purchased this open box for a great deal however it arrived with a CF error code. I understand that it is an open box but it was still a new product. Best Buy Geek Squad is on their way already and will be checking it out within a few days of contacting them. Other than that, the fridge seems to be great.
