faulty and noisy product

We have extended warranty and they cam out and bent a plate back and said it was contacting a motor or something like that. A few days later the noise comes back. Its so loud we can hear it upstairs in our bedroom and the tech said there was little that can be done about it. Stay away from LG as their quality has gone way down.

Installation is a disaster

Our fridge installers came to our house pull the old fridge to the middle of the kitchen and left. They did not even bring in the new fridge and left us with counters full of food and our old fridge just sitting in the middle of the kitchen. We called Best Buy and they said the best they could do is have someone come 3 days later. Installation is a complete disaster and I would not recommend.

Not impressed!

We were not going to pay $2,000.00 for a damaged product. It’s hard to believe that with all of the competition out there, that products are not checked before they are put sent out for delivery. I wasted a vacation day waiting for the refrigerator to be delivered and went through the trouble of emptying out my existing refrigerator, only to have to put everything back when we discovered the damaged new one. We also received a bill from Best Buy even though the refrigerator was returned.....not impressed!!!

Posted .We hate to see that the interior space of your refrigerator did not meet your expectations. We strive to continuously improve our products design and features based on customer feedback. In regards to your icemaker, it sounds like your is making too much ice and this is indicative that the icemaker shutoff arm/sensor is obstructed. I recommend that you first empty the ice bin. If your icemaker is equipped with an ice shutoff arm, make sure that the arm moves freely. If your icemaker is equipped with the electronic ice shutoff sensor, make sure that there is a clear path between the two sensors. Reinstall the ice bin and wait 24 hours to confirm proper operation. Loud

After having it for a week and trying to deal with the loud compressor we gave up and returned it for the Samsung French Door fridge (33 inch) wide model. The LG was so loud, I could hear it from my bedroom upstairs. It was not only loud, but rattled the doors when you had them open. The one that we replaced was from the 1990s and was whisper quiet compared to this. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY!!!

This fridge has been giving us problems since 2 months after we received it. It is so loud that you can’t even take a call in the next room. LG has sent a technician to fix it 3 separate times. It still has the same problem. They refuse to replace or refund. I will never buy an LG product again. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Horrible installation system

Freezer no longer at 0ºF

In the past few months, I noticed that my ice cream was starting to get softer than expected and I bought a few thermometers. To my dismay, I found the freezer cabinet was at 15ºF instead of the 0ºF that it was supposed to be set to. I've tried adjusting the setting down to -7ºF, the lowest it'll go, but so far, I've only seen it go down to 10ºF. Probably going to have to get it repaired. :(

No LG for me

LG problem

They then brought this one. After three days one of the motors started making a terrible grinding noise and the freezer is icing up. I really thought LG was a great brand but I am now rethinking this. The people at Best Buy were really great to deal with on returning both of the refrigerators.

Poor services and Poor products.

Buyer Beware!

It was not reparable because only specialized engineers can work on it. After 4 attempts and 2 months of waiting with a completely broken refrigerator LG ended up refunding the purchase price of the refrigerator. Such a BAD experience with an appliance.

Don’t buy it!!!
