Sound volume is a bit weak as with most flat screen TVs. The HDMI port on the back is not the HDMI (ARC) type needed required to drive an LG sound bar. So if you want a big sound experience, choose a model with the output types compatible with a good sound bar.

I like the tv and the service I received. Wish I had gotten a larger screen and a smart tv. Didn't know a larger size could have been used in the space allotted.

I like this TV, the only thing about it is that is only has 1 HDMI port and the led colors aren't the best. Still though, I use it as a monitor for everyday use and it works just fine for me,

I am very disappointed in Best Buy. 1. A very nice young man waited on me. I explained to him what features I wanted in an new TV. He looked on his smart phone and informed me of the features that an in-stock LG had. I was pleased and purchased the TV, even though I would have preferred a Samsung. There was no Samsung in stock, so I agreed to buy the LG. When I got home, I discovered that the LG TV I bought did NOT have the features that I was promised. I am NOT pleased. I don't know if the polite young man lied to me or if he mistakenly sold me a different model than the one he found on his phone. Either way, I did NOT get what I was promised. 2. Also, when I got home I noticed that there was an address label on the box indicating that the TV had been shipped to a lady who lives in Missouri City, Texas. I'm not sure if I was sold a used TV as new. But the TV was initially shipped to a lady in Missouri City, TX. 3. If I ever buy anything at Best Buy again, I will examine the box and the contents closely before leaving the store. I no longer trust Best Buy.

Totally adequate television. Not a lot of slots in the back but it does have one HDMI. That is all I need. Inexpensive and decent quality, that is what I wanted in this smaller size tv used in a smal 10 X 10' space.

I would have love to have keep the television but it had a feature on it that couldn't be turned off.Everytime you changed the channel are turned the volume up or down the television would verbally tell you what you just did.....and it was very annoying.

Hard to find a Smaller size tv these days with a smaller center base/stand/legs. We have a small area for this tv to set on and it looks good. Boom.

For TV brands I like Samsung, LG and somewhat SONY. Finding a good 24” TV for a small spot e.g. kitchen counter, is hard to find. I like this one especially as you can get in white.

This is a good basic television. A bit pricey for a 720p tv that is not a smart tv. Liked the single pedestal stand. Disappointed that coupons can't be applied to LG products.

awesome my MacBook Pro is awesome. I have wanted one for a very long time. I would reccommend this product. I have had no problems with my purchase. my son set it up for me. I can do anything I want with it now. fast speed a lot of storage.

I only have one complaint about it. It only has one HDMI connection . If you plan on also having a DVD player along with a receiver for Satellite you will need a HDMI splitter like I had to do.

Good tv, need better speakers. I should not have to turn the volume up so high to hear clearly inside my semi truck. The first tv I bought, the picture didn't show clearly, so I returned it for another.

We were looking for a small TV that would also run this Spectrum app. This one does everything we wanted and much more. Very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent price for this bedroom size TV. Excellent picture for the price. A little slow responding to my cable box. Another hdmi slot would be nice but that probably would've upped the price.

I purchased this item on sale to use a second computer monitor at my home. While the picture is not as sharp as the much more expensive monitors at my office, this tv does great for the cost and intended use.

I needed a smaller tv in my kitchen. This does the trick. Speakers could be a little louder but for the size and cost not a deal breaker for me.

Bought this for a LO in a nursing home, worked great for the small amount of time they had it. Too bad the nursing home "lost it" while the LO was in the hospital for an extended stay.

Brand new TV for bedroom ( less than 1wk since delivery) turns itself on at random times of day & night. Resetting to initial defaults (with all timer option values set to "off" mode) did not fix. Great difficulty communicating with LG, finally got email from Customer Service with instructions to perform hard power-button reset, but ghostly turn-ons persist (3 times today so far & it's only 11pm!). Have sent 2 texts to my Best Buy sales tech (who gave me his cell # in case of problems), no response. I have had zero problems with 28" LG purchased a month ago, but the 24" (model 24LF454B) was a lemon literally on Day 1. Currently in negotiation with Best Buy Geek Squad's purchased service program to exchange the 24" LG for another. Will update this review as appropriate, pending resolution outcomes with LG, local Best Buy store, and/or Geek Squad.
