I have been very pleased with this dishwasher so far. Best Buy Installation was easy. The dishwasher itself does a very nice job. I don't know how it compares to others in terms of volume, but it is relatively quiet. I've been most surprised by how dry the dishes come out when finished. Do have to be a bit careful of the touch panel. It can be a little touchy and turn on/off with a slight touch.

Does a great job getting all the dishes clean. The front controls are a bit sensitive, and if you brush against them, it may disrupt the cycle.

Good at cleaning the dishes. Stainless is nice and always looks clean. That’s why I gave it 4. But for the other issues I would rate a 2.5, because the bottom arch doesn’t have many bars going across and many dishes except for pans will fall through. The silverware rack is odd have to raise half of the rack insert to put in knives. So half of the rack won’t have separating area. Not as quiet as had hoped. Biggest problem is if you lean against the panel it turns on, if you open at the wrong area it turns on. All in all I would not buy this dishwasher

Very quiet, spacious, and cleans well. There is a need to use drying agent in order to dry up the Tupperware.

This is a very quiet dishwasher. Does a good job cleaning and has numerous settings depending on your needs . Only complaint is its sensitive, brush against the power button , and it turns the power on .But it does chime so you know it is on

Good Buy! Our New LG Dishwasher makes far less noisy than our old machine. I mean really its way less noisy than we expected, and we expected there would be an improvement, but it has exceeded. Dido, for how well it cleans also. I pulled 1 star more to stick out, I read the 1 and 3 star reviews, not likely to learn much from the 4 stars If I could I would rate 4-3/4 stars. 1/4 star loss for the bottom rack and guides. Pull and push gently other wise rake jumps off track. Drying of Plastic also not great, but I think that is normal.

Very good very quiet very good job drying the plates

We've had this dishwasher only a couple of weeks, so I'm hesitant to give it five stars so early. But if it continues to perform a year from now as it does now, I would give it five stars. We exchanged a Samsung dishwasher for this one and like this one much better. Unlike the Samsung dishwasher, this one washes dishes. The dishes are clean after the cycle has been run. The only, small complaint that we have is that the buttons can be a bit sensitive, and if you accidentally hit the power button in the middle of the cycle, you have to start over.

My dishwasher replacement journey took 3.5 months from initial purchase of a dishwasher to final installation. God finally led me to a dishwasher that was meant for me. This dishwasher is very quiet, good that it is literally feet from the living room. The fact it holds so much, can accommodate large 30 oz steel cups is a plus. The 10 year warranty was said to be one of the best around. The delivery people said they return fewer LG products than other brands. The 5 stars are for the dishwasher and delivery people, several people inside the Best Buy organization make me question teamwork and professional integrity.

This dishwasher is wonderful! We needed a new one because the old one was leaving debris on our glasses, so really the only thing this one needed to do was not that. It exceeded all expectations and leaves our dishes sparkling! The dishwasher itself is sleek and nice. The one gripe I have is that buttons on the front are very sensitive. I've reached for a glass in the cabinet above the dishwasher and my hip pressed the power button and turned it off midwash.

This has been a huge step up from my whirlpool. My whirlpool was only 2 years old. When it broke i was advised to try any model of LG. Its so much quieter and does a great job cleaning.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever experienced. I saw the installer standing next to the recently installed dishwasher and I asked if he was finished. I cold not tell that he was running a test of the unit. I could not hear it running. My first load left some standing water in the bowls in the top shelf. Instruction manual says not to tilt bowls but then the indents collect water. I will go back to tilting and adjust the drying settings. First load dishes were very clean and dry with the exception of the mentioned bowls. This dishwasher is great and I strongly recommend.

Loads, works and cleans well and is nice and quiet.

We had to replace our builder grade dishwasher when it broke on Thanksgiving. I was able to purchase this one and get it installed in just a few days so kudos to Best Buy for that! The dishwasher cleans really well and is so much quieter. The timer is nice to have. It doesn’t dry so well - I guess we miss the heating coil the old unit had. We take out mugs and other items and shake off pooled water as soon as drying begins now. Definitely use rinse aid as recommended. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Let me start by saying I have had a horrible experience with a refrigerator made by LG for Kenmore and was very against buying LG. But when my dishwasher died the week before Thanksgiving this was about all I could get. It has so far been okay and definitely cleans things and this is a low end model and no major bells and whistles but it work and there is an easy-fish filter to clean at the bottom that collects all the nasty food bits that you can get to without tools. Its a little awkward to get in and out but we clean it at least weekly. its been less than two months but so far so good. The cycles are long but if you push the buttons enough you can get to a 1 hour turbo cycle. The normal and heavy cycles are two and half and more than three hours, respectively. Its also NOT quiet - I have become used to it but I often think its raining outside and with the water noises it makes - we run ours normally overnight with delayed start so not an issue for us but if you live in a small home I could see it being annoying.

Still learning how to load and operate! Their are so many steps to turn it on! I think it's complicated and trying to get used to it. The dishes are perfectly clean and dry when done.

Great Value for the Money. It is quiet, cleans and dries well and also looks more expensive than it is.

Good price on sale. Cleans well and doesn't run to loud. I recommend this unit.

I like the SS tub and the controls built into the door. the racks have fold down sections for easy loading, and soap in the door with the auto release door. all in all good value for price.

this dishwasher is pretty awesome. I only have two gripes. one, the 3 hour washing time is a bit long for my taste. and two, the drying isn't always complete. there have been times that we had to prop the dishwasher open to let the dishes airdry. we have used jet dry to help, and it does 90% of the time
