Although I did not realize this prior to purchase, my new PC did not have a port for my monitor. Easy fix: I bought an adapter and plugged it into a hub then my PC. I love the clarity and all of my views are now larger which is easier for me. Very pleased!

No adjustments to level, only tilts forward/backward. Received when out of town, missing 15-day return period so BB is no help. 15 days is pretty short, especially if there is a material defect. Uncertain if I will continue to purchase from BB due to this.
