I got this monitor to set up in my dorm room with my laptop, It's a great size for gaming and of course getting work done. It is a little bright at night but it comes with built-in brightness settings. I have not manipulated all the on unit settings yet but it seems like there is plenty there for you get exactly what you want out of this monitor. The screen is not quite bezel-less but is definitely crisp looking. The monitor is housed in glossy plastic that is a bit of a fingerprint magnet but odds are you aren't going to be touching it much. At the end of the day this is a great budget monitor that's a great desktop size.

I do not have a desktop and use a laptop with a wireless keyboard/mouse. I had a older monitor that quit working and was not fixable. I needed a large size and this one fit the bill exactly plus it was on sale. It's a great addition to my home computer setup. I do not do gaming, but since this monitor was on sale at a good price, I purchased it. I;m very happy with my choice.

Stating a Caveat first: Have been using this only for about 2 weeks now. I am so used to having multiple monitors (3) in my professional life, that I felt I must have the convenience of at least 2 at home. So, when I upgraded my home PC (Desktop - my preference), I researched and settled on this model for the price so I could get 2. I love it so far - size enables me to have 4 open Excel files (2 on each - split screen view). The only con is that it has only HDMI inputs (2) so I cannot use this with any of the other devices (laptops) at home (has only Display ports only).

My first higher refresh rate monitor, recommended for gamers seeking smoother gameplay! Coming from an old 16x10 Viewsonic monitor, at first wasn't sure how I would fare with an affordable 1080p model, and can still see distinct pixels if I look closely, but have been satisfied with it since I downloaded and installed the latest drivers (have never needed monitor drivers before).

This is a really good monitor with a great picture! It comes with an HDMI cable so it will plug right into most newer computers. Works great for home or office.

I got this monitor on sale (50 dll off), and I can say i'm satisfied so far with it, only problem is that it doesn't come with a controller, everything is done via a button on the monitor (kind off impractical), easy to set up, it has on screen control to adjust settings (which is nice), colors look nice, viewing angles too (coming from a retina display i'm used to noticing pixels and in this monitor you have to pay attention to see them). I've had this for almost a month.

The size of this monitor is perfect for a desk. The colors are bright and crisp.

Bought this monitor for my son who is an avid gamer and he loves it. Rich colors fast refresh rate and no complaints.

Great monitor, awesome clarity and color. Wish it had speakers though.
