I did a lot of research prior to my purchase. This dishwasher lived up to its reviews. It is soooo quiet @ 44 dbl, perfect ! It looks sleek with the controls on top. Very easy to use. Lots of different configurations with the tall tub and adjustable racks. And the top 3rd rack is greater for small odd shaped items. I am very happy with my purchase. And the salesman, Ken - was great too. I also recd free installation with a promotion. It was a win win for sure ! Looking at a LG refrigerator next.

This dishwasher replaced an older one that had been cooking on hard water spots for the past 6 months. I hooked up my new LG and immediately ran all my dishes with a citric acid to remove the stains. While using Jetdry going forward, my dishes are absolutely perfect every time now. The new LG is super quiet and easy to use. I really like the half load feature that takes half the time. I am completely satisfied with this dishwasher. I really like the 160 degree sanitary rinse too.

Everything I read here so far has been true, extremely quiet machine, barely know it is on. It gives you the typical LG sound at the end when finished. The biggest downside so far has been the lack of dryness on a good portion of items which don't sit at an angle. And yes, the duration of start to finish could be up to 4 hours depending on what settings you use. We are going to try a rinse aid to see if that helps. Regardless, a very nice looking machine, the third, top rack is a nice addition for larger utensils that lay flat. Dishes have come out clean, just not completely dry.

First time ever buying an LG appliance, best decision I've ever made. My new dishwasher with the third rack is great. It's so quite even standing next to it you can not hear it. The only time I hear anything is when its draining and then its extremely quite. Also nice, even though it doesn't have a heating element the optional drying times works really well plus the dishes are exceptionally clean.

Very quiet dishwasher. It was down to this unit or the Bosch, and this one was a lot cheaper, but with good reviews. Not disappointed by the choice. It is almost silent when running which is a huge change over our old Maytag. The extra top rack for silverware is great and the wash job is far and away the best we've ever had from any dishwasher.

It was time for us to replace our old dishwasher because it just wasn't cleaning dishes well and was as loud as a train. I first put it to test by putting in really baked-on and dried foods. I was astounded that it was able to clean everything so well and best of all, so quietly. I can finally enjoy my TV shows without having to crank up the volume. Looks great and the 3rd rack is very convenient for knives and narrow things.

I chose this DW after reading many reviews and looking at over 75 models. In addition to cleaning great, it is SO quiet I can barely hear it standing right next to it. My next requirement was the 3rd shelf. This one is great! Also, both main shelves have adjustable prongs to fit any dish I have. The middle shelf can also raise and lower to accommodate taller items. The only down-side is the filter has to be cleaned periodically, but the trade-off for the silence is well worth it!

I've had this dishwasher about a month now and I have no complaints. It is extremely quiet. It cleans the dishes well. I have yet to find a reject item that needs to go again. The third rack is handy for cutlery. Because of the third rack, I only use one of the three utensil cubes, and have more room for dishes on the main rack.

This is a very quiet feature rich and visually pleasing appliance. I wasn't sure it was even working it is so quiet. Does a fantastic job cleaning dishes and cookware. The third rack and the adjustable second rack are very nice features. This has to be the best dishwasher we've ever owned.

This washer is easy to load, and I love that it has an upper third rack for flat utensils and such. Very quiet. Cleans very well.

I would actually give this dishwasher a 4.5 if it was possible. The dishwasher is extremely quiet you don't even know that its running and you can fit so much inside and can maneuver the arms very easy to fit some awkward items in as well. The 3rd shelf is very nice. My only complaint is that it doesn't dry the best if you use the 3rd shelf, my silverware would still have spots of water on it even when I used the extra dry feature.

This dishwasher has a number of convenience features, including a removable third rack and a number of setting options. It's the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard. Cleaning performance has been good, but can probably improve as I experiment with loading, detergent amount, etc.

This dishwasher is very quiet, but the cycle is longer than my old Kenmore. I like the 3rd rack. My biggest complaint with it is that it doesn't dry the dishes. It doesn't use a heating element to dry the dishes, therefore it is more energy efficient. They suggest using a rinse aid. It does have an extra dry cycle, but that adds another hour to the total time.

On the plus side: very quiet, energy efficient, door top controls, convenient handle, outstanding style, third rack (top), and height adjustable middle rack. On the minus side: seems to leave a film on clear glass dishes (even though a rinse agent is used), long cycle time. Make sure the detergent compartment is not over filled; it will make a mess!

I've now had this dishwasher about a month and I still can't believe how quiet it is. I chose this to replace a Kitchenaid that died when the control board shorted out. This cleans as well, if not better, than my old dishwasher and the dishes come out dry without the heated dry cycle. The only complaint I have is that the top 3rd rack for silverware is not worth it. The silverware tends to stay dirty. I removed the top 3rd silverware rack and use the lower side rack instead. Now everything comes clean and I have the room to put long stemmed wine glasses in the top shelf.

Very happy with purchase so far. Dishwasher looks sharp in our kitchen and works as promised. The run time is longer as others have mentioned than my prior dishwasher, but it works great and we don't find it to be an inconvenience at all. Dishwasher is super quiet and does the job well.

I am so happy with this dishwasher. I read the reviews and noted the most common concern was that the dishes did not get dry. Honestly, if you put something in the dishwasher with a concave top, or lip, of course you will need to wipe it with a towel. But, I have not had any issues with drying. The dishes come out shiny and clean. The machine is so quiet you don't even know it is running. No odor at all. I honestly can['t find a thing to complain about. Love it!!!

Cleans very well, couldn't ask it to do any better. Very quiet, we have open kitchen, dining and living room, can not hear it unless standing next to it. When you first open the machine the contents are a bit wet but once the door is open for a few moments they dry out (don't ask me why). We do use a rinse-aid and put it on the 2nd setting. It takes almost 2 hours to do a load, but that's the way energy-efficiency rolls.

This dishwasher works quite well, it's pretty quiet and plays a pretty little tune when it's done it's job. It wasn't too bad to install but the requirement for where the tubes can go was a bit of an annoyance. It's got a decent amount of features which are pretty nice, the racks can be arranged many ways and making room for large pots or bowls is no problem. Speaking of racks though, in my experience, when the bottom rack pops off its track, it can be amazingly difficult to put it back on. It really does make one feel like an idiot when you're struggling with that thing. There's a nice timer and indicators on the top of the door, great stuff except it's kinda a pain to get to the right angle to see what's going on when the door's closed...if only there was a slight angle to the top of the door so the panel could be more easily read. Overall, those are some pretty small problems that don't take away much from how well the dishwasher functions, which is quite well.
