Very quiet. Very attractive looking. Easy to use. Cleans well. User Friendly.

Not seeing the keypad on the front gives this dishwasher a nice appearance. It is so quiet. Our kitchen and family room are open to each other and we can never hear the dishwasher running. The silverware tray at the top is very useful. Love the design of the racks.

I bought this dishwasher to replace one that was 21 years old. It is unbelievably quiet in comparison to my old dishwasher. It's also easy to use and I love the 3rd shelf and the ability to put tall items in it. I wasn't able to do that with my old dishwasher.

We've had the dishwasher for about a month and a half now. We are still figuring out how to load it. Overall we are happy with its performance. Initially we used the Normal Cycle with the default medium spray setting and it didn't seem to clean as well. No problems with what we currently set it on - Normal Cycle with Extra Rinse; 160 F(high temp wash); Full Spray; and Extra Dry options which takes 3 hrs and 51 minutes. The Extra Dry adds 1 hour so 2 hrs 51 min without it. The dishes are pretty wet (especially plastics) if the Extra Dry option is not chosen. Pretty dry with the Extra Dry but not completely dry. A noticeable difference using the Extra Dry option. It is quiet and only notice it is on when it is draining which we hear thru the sink. We've been using the Finish Powerball Tabs and do not use a liquid rinse aid; & we do have a house water softener and see no noticeable spots on the glasses. Love the top third rack for silverware, etc. Surprisingly everything we put up there gets clean. With that additional spot to put silverware, we took out 1 of the 3 lower rack silverware bins to make room for more dishes.

This dishwasher ticks all the boxes. Stainless steel tub, third rack and noise reduction , stainless exterior. It is very quiet and gets the dishes very clean. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

This is only the second dishwasher that I've owned in my life. The first was ok. Did what it was supposed to do. Nothing great about it. This, the second is so quiet I have to check to make sure it's running. In addition, it holds tons, and my dishes were squeaky clean and dry. Thus far, I'm very pleased with my new dishwasher.

My new LG dishwasher cleans everything so clean it is hard to believe. I love the versatility of the shelves allowing me to put darn near anything into it. I love the ability to adjust the racks up and down and to fold down some of the racks on a shelf that are not needed or to adjust them to hold items better. It is also very quiet!

Our home is completely open from the kitchen through the dining area into the living area with a vaulted 18 ft ceiling throughout....we could not run our old dishwasher after dinner because it filled the space with noise and any activity (talking, listening to music, watching TV) had to be at a very loud volume. Our new unit is so quiet, you literally do not know it is running even when you are standing right in front of it! It is perfect for our open plan! It has cavernous capacity as well and the interior racks are laid out extremely well with plenty of headroom for tall items. We don't leave big chunks on the dishes and flatware when loading because it takes a day or 2 to have a full load, we don't prewash...just scrape things off. There is no issue with stuck on remnants after a cycle. We purchased the LG because of previous, positive experience in our former home. We thought that unit was quiet, but this one, being rated at 48 dB is heads and tails better, and it was in the same price range. We would purchase this unit again, and highly recommend it for anyone with an open floor plan.

Compared to the Seimans we had previous this thing is worlds better although I will caveat that with we have an on-demand water system and were never sure (even after running the hot water first) that the water was hot enough. It is in this one I put a meat thermometer in and it read 162 degrees. Had to get used to NOT cleaning dishes before we put them in - just knock off the chunkys. The top third shelf is the perfect size for spatulas, smaller dishes and other odds and end and ends up saving space for the glasses etc. My only complaint is the bottom loading rack is odd...can't really desccribe why it is just have to work to get stuff straight and to stay upright. Make sure you use Rinse-Aid or dishes won't dry completely and also a top line soap ie: Cascade or Finish. Tabs work ok also. Oh and it is super quiet.

I have had the dishwasher about a month and a half and had no issues so far. Before I purchased, I read online about issues with drying and I have had no problems. I put in a drying agent before my first wash and all my dishes have come out dry - even plastic. The dishwasher is a dream....very quiet and the dishes come out extremely clean - with no rinsing. I went out of town for a few days and forgot to turn on the dishwasher - when I came back, I used the stronger cycle and the dishes came out perfectly. Only issue I have is even with the second level lowered, its hard to fit in glasses or tall items because it hits the 3rd shelf when you close the drawer and the fall over. I have ended up taking out one half of the 3rd shelf so I can fit in my glasses. Other than that, love the dishwasher......

We basically really like the new dishwasher. Rack configuration works well. It is funny how you get used to loading a dishwasher. Then you get a new one and you have to learn how to load that one. The third rack is very nice, we like that feature the best. Here are the negatives: The middle rack does not shut completely and we have to push the slide rails in by hand to get the door closed. A warranty item I assume. Second item? The normal washing cycle is 2 hours and 19 minutes. Really? That is just way too long. Ridiculous actually. If they told me that in the store I would have looked at another model. Overall it does a great job.

Installation was pretty easy. The machine is very quiet. The loudest part is the water running into the pipe under the sink, you can barely hear the dishwasher running directly. Overall, positive. My two complaints: 1. Loading is funky. The lower rack doesn't have the bent tines like our old ones, so all the large plates tip over. The middle rack goes so many different directions, it is hard to load glasses. The top rack works great. 2. There is no economy dry function. It doesn't have a separate heater, so maybe you'd say it was always in economy, but the cycle is 2:15 long, and I have no idea when the washing is actually done, if I wanted to open it early to towel dry and reload. I've only melted one item, and I'm not sure it that happened during the wash or dry cycle.

I couldn't be happier with this dishwasher. I love the 3 shelves and the many adjustable positions of the tines, features I haven't had before. It's exceptionally quiet, and although the only cycle I use is "auto," it always gets my dishes clean and sparkling.

Love this dishwasher... finally something that cleans our dishes! Super quiet! Long cycle but we run it at night so we don't notice. Only real complaint is that the bottom rack seems to come off the tracks easily.

Lucked out by finding an open box item on sale at my local store. Purchased in home installation. The whole process was a breeze! The dishwasher is very quiet and cleans everything thoroughly. Love the third rack for utensils and the adjustable shelves. Highly recommend this product!

Really liking this so far. First it looks nice and sleek with the hidden panel of button on inside top of door. It is pretty darn quiet when running - pretty open concept kitchen to living room setup I have - nearly silent sound does not disrupt any TV watching. Was concerned about drying without real heat.....but that has been fine so far. And dishes overall coming out cleaned good. Like how you can adjust the fold down/up tongs so can fit dishes best - still figuring out how best to usually arrange...but great flexibility. Top third tray nice little feature but taller glasses on second try can bump into that top tray...but those top trays can easily be removed to make room if need be. Overall pleased with look and performance.

I read so many reviews on this dishwasher. A lot of them were not good and some of them were after my purchase. I have to say that although I run my dishwasher only about every 5 days it has been getting my dishes clean and sparkling. I do rinse them because they sit for a while. I love how quiet it is. The decibels were important to me because the builders DW I replaced was terribly loud.

This is a very sturdy and good-looking dishwasher. Washes dishes perfectly and quietly. Quite a bit of choices in washing, but once you understand it, it is quite easy to run. Very glad to have purchased at Best Buy where we actually did get the BEST BUY.

I love my new dishwasher, it is very quiet and cleans real well. The 3rd rack is handy and I appreciate that I can lower my 2nd rack as needed. Only drawback is that the door opens very low to the ground so I can't put dishtowels on the handlebar.

Great dishwasher: easy self install, easy to use, looks great, works great, nothing bad to say. The price was very affordable and the unit has a few of the higher end functions without the hefty price tag.
