We love our new dishwasher! The features are great and it feels very sturdy. It is also so quiet that I can only hear it if I really listen for it. Also, the dishes come out incredibly clean and dry. The Best Buy sales person was also extremely helpful, the installation technician as well, and the whole process was smooth and positive. 5 stars!!!

I picked this dishwasher because of how fast it could be delivered. Turns out to be the best dishwasher we have ever had. I replaced a 5 year old Samsung. This is so much better and quiter

The black stainless LG dishwasher looks really good in my kitchen and it is so quiet. There are so many new options to choose from. Makes me want to replace my other appliances which i will probably do very soon.

I hadn’t owned a dishwasher in about 10 years. This was a huge step up from the last dishwasher I had. Easy connectivity through the LG app to notify you of any needed maintenance/cleaning. No need to rinse dishes off before running a cycle. The machine takes care of all of it. Totaltech took care of the installation.

I remodeled my kitchen last year and wanted to upgrade my appliances also. I did thorough research and decided on LG. This Particular dishwasher checks all of the boxes for my needs and then some. It is extremely quiet. Love paring my usage with the LG ThinQ app. Highly recommend this one!

The installation for the dishwasher went eothout an issue. Shawn and Kenny from Geek Squad did an awesome job at doing a clean and fast install. I am very happy with their professiinal efforts. I will update this review after 30 days of use.

Great so far! No issues. A little louder than I was anticipating, but only for a second or two and then you don’t hear it anymore. Still trying to figure out all of the cool features, but it gets the job done.

It’s a great dishwasher and looks amazing in my brand new kitchen fall of LG appliances all in stainless black which happens to show almost no fingerprints. It’s a high quality dishwasher that runs quietly. *there is no LG log on front so a regular stainless would blend well

so far so good, but it's only been 2 weeks. Geek people installed it, no leaks and explained very briefly what to do. My advice watch a few u-tube videos on how to run it properly.

Delayed item was back ordered but worth wait looks great with set only con is drying isn’t very good

Terrible quality dishwasher, I should have stayed with my old Bosch dishwasher. Installed on February 11th by Bestbuy and we had to call for service on March 1st. Bestbuy said it is over 15 days no return accepted (and we are in Texas, with 3 days no power should have qualified us). The door won't close properly and causes the machine to stop the wash very often. You have 4 seconds to start the machine otherwise it won't work. Once you open the door during the wash you have to remember to press start again before closing otherwise it stops the cycle. Normal washing time is extremely long: 2 hours 32 minutes for normal wash and Turbo is 2 hours 2 minute. The front door control panel plastic cover has already shown cracks in 2 weeks (was the main reason for the service call). LG service guy showed up and it will take a month to get the parts to fix the machine. And keep in mind this is a brand new $1000 dishwasher...

Extremely disappointed. Purchased on 12/30/2021. Along about August I started hearing a "thonking" noise but I didn't use it often and figured it was a plate bouncing. I found it was a defect, (starts making noise after the 2:04 mark) and called for service. Geek Squad recorded the sound and said he would reach out to LG and call me. I haven't heard from Geek Squad yet on what they're going to do; it's been 2 weeks. Further, the dishwasher is not able to "power wash"...You have to rinse the dishes before you put them in the dishwasher. The top rack (the small rack) is useless...nothing gets clean in it. My original cheap dishwasher, I think a Maytag or a Whirlpool, home built 1995, did a much better job - most stuff never had to be rinsed. I hope Geek Squad finds out what that noise is and can get back to me, but I would expect better performance for $1,049.99

You really have to be careful when hitting the power button as is extremely sensitive.

Cleans better than our old Maytag, and runs quieter

The plastic part of the control panel cracked a little over a year after purchase. It started not washing well after 1.5 years. The motor burned out about 1 year 9 months after purchase.

Had issues with a faulty latch. Called Lg and sent someone came to fix it.

Bottom rack rusted after ~1 year of use. Upper rack rusted after ~2 years of use. Both were replaced by LG as we are still within warranty but this should not be happening in the first place. Latch also, at times, opens in the middle of the cycle and will not complete the dishwashing cycle. Would have been a good dishwasher without all these problems.
