I would be happy to review the appliances that we purchased but I've been unable to get them despite the fact that we purchased them a month ago. I've tried repeatedly to reach someone to discuss but none of the telephone numbers or live chat features ever seem to have a live person at the other end. At this point I just want to cancel the order but I can't reach anyone to do so. : (

Love it it has everything I need and want had grate service

Stopped working less then 2 years after purchasing. It’s been over a month and I’ve not had a refrigerator in my home. I purchased this August 20th of 2020. In July of 2022, it just stopped cooling and making ice.I called LG and they said it was the compressor and needed to replace it.could not get anyone to get this repaired and I need up requesting refund from LG. It’s a lot of bad reviews online about LG refrigerators. I am not shopping for a new refrigerator after almost 2 years which should not be-the case.

This is my third stainless steel refrigerator but i also have other stainless steel appliances. That said i know how to clean them. I have this fridge for only 3 months now and my cleaning left scratches on it. I’ll be contacting manufacturer to see how to remove them, but for almost 2000 this os really cheap stainless. I cleaned other stainless appliances same day same way and all was fine. I am still paying for this fridge but so want to through it away.

when the ice maker hooked up it leaked into the ceiling downstairs ceiling, we tried hooking it up with no success and now have to contact LG, very disappointed

This LG refrigerator worked fine for a few months, but then it began emitting a LOUD "pop" sound every minute or so. This goes on for up to an hour, and it happens multiple times each day. At night, it is loud enough to wake me. LG sent a technician but he was unable to fix it. Weeks later, they sent another technician. Then another. And another. Over three months, four technicians were sent, yet the problem continues. The last technician told me to "just live with it," because every time they take things apart, there is a risk of something else going wrong. He left without even looking at it. LG refuses to replace the defective refrigerator, even though I have sent them recorded proof of the maddening noises (which sound nothing like the normal noises in LG's "sound library"). The stress of living with the relentless noise of this LG refrigerator is sometimes overwhelming but I can't afford to replace it. The only thing LG tells me now is, "We can send another technician." Seriously, they want to send a fifth technician, even after the fourth didn't even bother to look at it. This is madness, and there is nothing I can do. Nothing.

It’s perfect fridge i love it i used to 4 years old

I really wanted to get this model as it is perfect size, but the 2 shelves are full width shelves which means we can't put tall items on the bottom since we can't remove one side. Cheap design that really cripples the appeal of this model.
