My subzero fridge die on my 1 year after i brought my house. I didnt want ti spend $25k to get a new sub fridge. I got two of them put them side by side and switch the handles.

We have had the fridge for a few weeks now and we like it so far. There was a huge problem setting it up since we did not get an instruction book in English! I called and they were supposed to send me one, but I have never received it. The basket in the freezer seems like really cheap plastic so we will see how long it lasts.

We love our new fridge So much room no finger prints.

Ather the first crew came and left due to a time crunch..... THese two show up ready to go even offered to give us a cord we didn't have. The installation was professional and they checked all appliances to make sure they were in working order. Fantastic crew!!!!

No mechanical issues. But the bottom freezer is a huge pain. That's why we despise this refrigerator-freezer. Unlike the top freezer unit we previously had (LG LTC24380) until the motor and its replacement each died, this bottom freezer makes organization nearly impossible despite the drawers, as items are stacked on top of each other -- even if you try to place some items on their edge and not flat. We truly hate this. We would have bought another top freezer model but only the LG is large enough for our needs: 24 cubic feet in a 33-inch wide space. And it was not available for weeks. Delivery date was only To Be Determined. And with the death of the replacement motor on our top freezer unit, we needed a refrigerator-freezer immediately. I've attached photos of how everything's disorganized in the bottom freezer. Yet, it would have been neat and easier to reach in the previous, top freezer of the same size.

Fits tall bottles unlike its french door counterparts. The only thing that I wish the center drawer at the bottom pulled out a bit more/didn't have the last sheild on top-- it's hard to grab the stuff in the back.

From the initial shopping through the purchase and the delivery we were thrilled with the Best Buy process. This large capacity unit is perfect for people like us who are looking for convenience with no bells and whistles. Extra kudos to the two gentlemen who made the delivery and installation easy and comfortable.

Wish the shelves had better height. Easy to clean.

It replaced a fancier French door fridge which was trouble from the start. This one is everything needed, less expensive, and easier to use. It was also highly recommended in CR.
