I can’t give you a review cause this refrigerator wasn’t deliver yet and still waiting for it up to now.Already made the 1st monthly payment still don’t have definite time for delivery.

If you buy this buy a warranty. 2 months freezer completely covered in ice. Repair guy says fan went out. Complete junk.

They took forever to get appliances delivered and had many issues even when scheduled

Freezer doesn’t work. Had to wait two weeks for a technician to tell me to return it.

Fabulous - A Must Buy!

I am a very picky person, but can't understand why anyone wouldn't give this 5 stars across the board. We are all so very blessed in many ways & this is a wonderful luxury. This replaced a 25+ year old frig we had & I must say that it's the nicest frig/freezer I have ever had or probably will have in my lifetime. I really don't feel deserving of such a nice appliance & feel so spoiled! The deliverers were so nice & did a fantastic job setting it up & getting it ready. We put our food in coolers & iced it all down, but it cooled so quickly, we were able to put all of the food back in before bedtime. Just love the ice maker & where it's located. I already ordered a replacement filter which won't be needed until around Thanksgiving. The LED lighting is so incredible...you can see everything! To keep the shelves nice, we installed colorful rubber transparent mats which work great. It has great suction & the insulation is so much more efficient than our old frig. It's so spacious! We just love it & you will too. I highly, highly recommend this!

My advice is to check first if there is an LG certified repair facility near your location. You will need it. Purchased this model just over two years ago. It stopped cooling and Best Buy tech came out to check it. Found the compressor had failed. We were directed to contact LG Customer Support for scheduling a certified LG repair facility to fix it. This is as far as we have gotten after a number of calls. No service has been scheduled and we are still living out of ice chests. Online information is showing there is a known durability issue with the LG inline compressors used in this unit but LG continues to sell it knowing it won't last the full warranty period. This is not a product or company I would recommend to anyone. Their customer service and support fall far short of any expectation. Their product is basically a hollow shell in our kitchen now.

However, given the compressor issue, a professional repair is still necessary. Shelves height issue

Very quiet and nice looking , however when i started loading things into it, i realized the shelf height was not tall enough for my water pitcher , and when i raised one shelf up it made the other shelf area too small for anything useful, the door shelves were also not proper for my water pitcher , so all and all i do not like the shelf set up , seems limited. I traded it in for a unit with split shelves and better door pockets.

The perfect size refrigerator for our kitchen and our needs I am surprised at how it seems to have more room than our old unit that was rated as larger. Great price and delivery service.

This is a very nice refrigerator. It is deeper than our previous one of same height and width and has much greater capacity. I like the way it is "tiered" so that more things are visible at once.

Wonderful wide shelves that hold a full-size pan! Love the bottom freezer, it's much easier to access and holds half-size pans when I cater events. The ice cubes are my favorite thing, though--consistent sized rectangular cubes, not too large. I don't know how I lived without it!
